This is a great Publix, the store employees are pleasant for the most part, the pharmacy is amazing and actually cares about their customers. This store has a decent selection of products.

Great waitress. Could not have been better. Still not happy that Canadian bacon is not a MM topping option. Good crust. Better crust and larger salad at the Emory MM.

This store is beautiful. Very updated. I wish all the Publix were updated. DeShong needs to be updated. Period!!!! I wonder who makes the decisions to upgrade a store?

Convenient location from my workplace, has a lot of food opinions, but no longer offers a person to help bag your groceries. I appreciated this part of their customer service before. It saves time and makes you feel valued.

This store needs immediate attention. During peak operational hours, lines are long (with over 60+ on a Sunday night at 7:30 PM) people done shopping and just trying to check out. Line congestion is an issue that has been getting progressively worse since July and it’s making the shop more inconvenient than it’s worth, despite prime location in a suburban neighborhood. Waiting in line takes twice the time of shopping. People are forced to self checkout with completely full shopping carts, associates are idle and do not open lanes even during lane congestion. I had the flu with a full basket of groceries and I was told the lane was closing and had to start over in line due to the store reverting to self check out only with no explanation. Inventory is good but customer experiences needs some serious work. The store manager is nowhere to be found. The self checkout only model that Kroger uses just doesn’t work. Lastly, it’s cold and flu season and putting shoppers at risk. Most importantly, I have seen physically disabled shoppers struggling to stand up long enough to check out with their food and people using wheelchairs being crammed into the back of the line unable to find openings to check out sooner. This is unacceptable for the most vulnerable customers. Find somewhere else to shop! (And I say this as a lifetime Publix customer, this is supremely disappointing between this and making food prices artificially higher).

Waited 45 minutes to order a sandwich (5 people in line before me and the people in front of me said they waited approximately 45 minutes too). Got up there (PRAISE BE).
Was told it would be another 15 minutes for the chicken to be ready. No apology from the worker. She was also the only person behind the counter working.
An hour is not worth a $10 sandwich.
Left without a sandwich. I will never even attempt going to this location again.

We passed because we were on our way home. Honestly, we went to a cafe that is diagonal. But there was no parking. So we came here. We loved it, the coffee was delicious. And the desserts and cookies were fresh. The mocha coffee cake. Very rich. Site saved to return another time. They also have snacks for breakfast, but that will be another time we come in the mornings.
