Was in the area and ran in for a few things. Was greeted by a young man collecting carted from the parking lot as I walked to the store. I was able to recycle a bunch of plastic bags using their green pins located to the right of their front entrance. The store was bright and aisles spacious, restroom was also clean. A few items I needed were on sale "BOGO" which was a great surprise. Mr Joseph was my cashier. He was polite and made easy, brief conversation while he scanned my purchases. Kimberly helped bag my items and told me to have a blessed day as I left. A great experience, as expected, when I shop Publix!

Omg I came in to pick up prescription today Monday , one of the prescriptions was ready last week Tuesday the others were ready prior when I came in I was told they put them back because it’s past 10 days and I had to wait an extra one hour I had no problem. I sat and waited as soon as it was almost ready. I got a text that one was ready when I looked in my phone, The one from last Tuesday should not have been put back so I asked the pharmacist Alicia with whom I talked to upon arriving and she just said “ she don’t need to check it I’m to just wait and then she said “ I’m going to the restroom, This is too much” and she walked off. Thank God for Ms Radiant another pharmacist who is able to call me right back and said all the prescriptions were ready. Now I understand having a bad day but it was not like I was just there asking here a lot of questions , i actually shopped twice. Took groceries 2 times to my car while I waited for the prescriptions so I was in no way being annoying I reacted with her once when I got there, and secondly when she walked away from me to go to the restroom while I’m at the counter talking to her. . This type of customer service is very bad.

Called to check on a prescription and a female tech picked up and sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. When I asked about a timeline for when. My prescriptions would be ready she sighed rudely and said “Could be an hour could be later” and that’s all she would say.

Shout out to the pharmacist Rick green for taking me at the last minute because I don't know if I would have made it through the night without my meds

Pharmacy over all fine. The techs don’t seem to want to be there. Shows in the attitude that they have. One person ruins it for all.

The pharmacist is decent but the techs are rude. Also they don’t carry the more quality brands of meds. Not sure if it’s because they’re located in a black neighborhood or what. But I get a new brand every time I go here and this last brand made me sick to my stomach. Luckily I get my letrozole from CVS and will be getting all of my medication from there. You should do the same.

Terrible customer service! The last time visiting this location. They pretty much walked away from the sandwich stand to chat amongst each other. The line is long and they need to be reported

This Publix bakery ruined my sister's graduation party. We ordered the cake 4 days in advance nothing fancy just half a sheet cake with writing. The cake was to be ready for pick up on Saturday between 9 &10:00am. Got there at 12:50PM with receipt of payment. They could not find the cake. They even questioned if i was at the correct Publix. Showed them the receipt again with that store location. They offered no compensation or anything. I was so annoyed and frustrated i just asked for a refund. So we had no "Congratulations Graduate" cake at the party.

HIGHLY unprofessional and they are not organized! Place is filled with OUR people and is totally a mess! Online orders?? Don't count on it even being ready 30 minutes after the time you've chosen! EVERYTIME i shop here it's issues with waits and the staff give you attitude when they're the individuals responsible for their own shortcomings! The staff even tell the MANAGERS what it is that they're NOT going to do! This location needs not only new staffing but managers who care about the welfare of not only the store but the consumers as well! 0/10 do not recommend! I've worked by this location for years and nothing has changed! No ACCOUNTABILITY ANYWHERE!

I just left this Publix and had a good experience. I originally went to grab something sweet but decided to grab a sub for my husband. There were 5 people ahead of me and although it did take about 15 mins for my turn, I now understand why. They had 3 employees helping customers in the sandwich dept and from what I could see, they we're working quickly and efficiently. The delay is caused by customers ordering 3-4 sandwiches at a time. Obviously it's going to take a while. Apparently you can purchase cold sub/salad items with EBT food stamps. The employee who made my sub was not as friendly as she could've been hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that I found all items I was looking for and the cashier was super friendly and quick.

I like this Publix in general but something is off about their hot foods deli area.. they have some of the rudest and most immature people employed in that section of the business who really disdain their job apparently. It was approximately 7:45 I was waiting to get a few chicken wings and things and go home. After 10 minutes of Employees walking by especially these two women in particular a shorter one and one with braids a little taller and stalkier and younger than the other.. I'm wondering why is no one asking if they can assist us or coming over. I finally asked and one just shouted she wasn't going to serve myself and others because it was 8 according to her. Mind you it's a FULL hot section with the lights on and they saw people waiting prior to 8.. the line is crazy with customers on the sandwich station and they're doing nothing else but walking by each other giggling and chatting. I finally went and said something to the short male manager who was essentially useless at his job. He walked over back to the hot foods with me and asked them what's the problem they told him something and he walked off momentarily. He decided to go get some chicken tenders from the frozen section when I explained to him they're low on supplies to try to get me to purchase them. I explained that that's not what I'm looking for but they do have what I want in the hot section where I've been waiting patiently and I'd like to purchase the tenders from there. Also common sense moment here.. why are we wasting hot foods unless the employees are taking it home themselves or something else is going on? Eventually a man came over that also works in the hot foods section but was obviously busy doing something else and assisted me and even asked the woman with the braids why she couldn't assist us and basically she told him she didn't feel like it and it was time to close according to her. After I got what I needed and was starting to walking away the one with the braids was shouting "oh I'm a really nice person" consistently to make a point she wasn't making. All because I apologized for having to go get a manager in the first place to the man who ended up helping me. Him and I both couldn't understand the issue. She should actually be embarrassed for her behavior. But long story short don't work in customer service and foods if you don't want to. Either way I still got what I needed but the extra behavior should be left at home or go be amongst children since you want to behave like one. Makes this Publix look ghetto which is never a good look amongst the black community. *UPDATE* Just read the other reviews clearly this a pattern and long standing history..
