My husband and I want to give praise to Cathy and Trudy and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy at Shamrock Plaza for their excellent attention to detail when filling a script. Cathy received a script request for a med for my husband and recognized that it could severely interfere with his heart condition. She and/or the staff contacted both doctors involved in order to get the correct script for his condition that would not further harm his heart. Well done! Thank you so much!

I don't even know why they have an app. You can have RX that autofill each month and they will ignore it. The RXs will sit in the app for days as "pending" and you'll never know their status or what is blocking them from being filled. When you call, you'll be lucky if they pick up to answer your questions. Pretty terrible experience the last couple of months.

Call it in, use the app. Doesn’t matter will not be ready on time. So I started giving an extra 24 hours. Nope still not ready. 3 straight months.Everyone is very polite, but please don’t give a pick up time, but never start until we’re in the store.

They are helpful. Compare to the other pharmacist I preferred Publix.

Jessica the pharmacist was extremely helpful.She went out of the way to help us.I have never ever come across such a helpful pharmacist.I feel such staff should be promoted and given a bigger role to play.Publix is fortunate to have such staff.

The pharmacist Phylicia is a LIFE SAVER, and so is Cathy the pharmacy manager. My insurance was being really crummy about my booster and the pharmacy system couldn't process the payment the right way. Phylicia and Cathy called up corporate and fought for over an hour to get it pushed through! And they kept me updated the whole time about how the process was going. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff has no values, they want you to learn the pharmacy and come for their answers. Even the manager don't have the courage and honesty to accept that the staff was wrong. These inhuman people deal with life saving medicines.... the biggest joke!

My favorite Publix!! It’s very clean and well stocked. The staff is very helpful and hardworking..The produce department is very organized and fresh. Love this store.

They work hard for the money! Helpful pharmacists and staff, polite and prompt. I transferred my prescriptions here from another pharmacy, and I'm happy with the service I'm getting.

This is the Publix closest to my house and frequent often. The store itself is fine and service is good. The problem here is the deli section and the incredibly slow service. Today I waited 30 minutes to get chicken tenders and watched the slowest employees shuffle around looking lost. I looked for the department manager, Dustin Whitenack (so) to complain but he wasn’t anywhere to be found. Until this section improves, I’ll go elsewhere for subs, deli meat or chicken tenders.
