The pharmacist is always very helpful and so are the other helpers. There’s never a long line. They’re very knowledgeable.

My husband has been receiving his medicine from this pharmacy for over 5 years or more He takes blood pressure medication and picks it up before he goes over the road and it's sometimes he can't do it I'll pick it up however this one time after all these years someone mysteriously picked up my husband's medicine and the pharmacist handed it over to them We did not receive the medication I went back to check ring cameras at my home to make sure that a courier didn't pick it up and there was no activity The signature the pharmacy showed me was not my husband or my signature on my way to work I stopped into this pharmacy to check why they were not allowing him to get a refill and they told him he had already picked up the medication or someone picked it up and signed for it and they had proof that it was picked up on December 18th at 4:00 my husband had gone back to work that morning and left out of town and I was still at work and didn't pick it up so as I patiently waited to find out what was happening they mentioned they could run the cameras and that they will find out upon me waiting for about 30 minutes the cashier which has nothing to do with the situation calmly comes back to the register with his medication still with no explanation What happened with this medication. I kindly ask them to close out my husband's profile because this is no way to do business If something like this has occurred you don't just sweep it under the rug and say okay well we'll just give her medication to shut her up You investigate what happened with the situation. I will no longer deal with Publix pharmacy at this location Emory Commons.

The rudest staff, with few exceptions, of any Publix in the area, even beating out Shamrock by a wide margin in the arrogant and rude categories. Consider yourself lucky if you're acknowledged at all. Some cashiers are friendly (if they actually have any on duty) but management treats you as if they don't need the money.

I come here for convince and not much for anything else besides the sandwich. I will always prefer Aldi and Kroger over Publix because everything just costs more here. My issue the past two times coming here is that that the sub was not ready when the email said it was ready for pickup. The second time I elected to order the sub online and pay in store. We came 30 minutes after the time it said it was ready and Publix said they were still working on it. The fresh fruits and veggies look amazing but they cost double of Aldi sometimes. So yes, I go out of my way to go to Aldi and Kroger to kind of avoid this place. Would I come here again? Yes, but once I move away from here, I would never have a reason to come back.

Dismissive attitudes, very slow, and fail to communicate properly (which is concerning for a place that handles medications that may be semi-urgent). My RXs were sent over, but I hadnt received notice of any being ready for pick up. I had to check the finicky publix pharmacy app to see that one common fast mover RX was "in progress" for several hours (if not the whole work day) and 3 more were sent in, but not filled nor in progress by any means. When I called, I was told that 2/4 meds were out of stock and that I should tell my doctor to send the RXs elsewhere, then the pharmacy representative hung up. I still had a few more questions... The publix at Emory Commons doesnt seem to get enough foot traffic to warrant me: not being notified that the pharmacy is out of my RX, my common medication not being ready after several hours/ by the end of the work day, and my concerns being met by a dismissive response. I genuinely question how this pharmacy is highly rated.

I LOVED this Publix until today. It is convenient, clean and well stocked, I used it for 15 years--I probably spend $300/week. Today I found out it cheats on weighed items and has terrible managers. I requested an item at the deli, 1 pound of a $6.98/lb item. Like many deli items, it did not reach 1 pound easily, I said .97 was ok. I was charged for a pound. I went to the manager-I know it is 21 cents, and was actually willing to pay, but it is illegal, and the manager should know, or at least know a customer knows! First, no one was available to talk to at the front desk (I waited while what turned out to be the manager failed at a money order, calling others to fix it---so the manager actually didn't know how to do his job), so after a long wait, and seeing that this person (I did not know it was the manager) was having trouble doing his job, I thought, "just forget about it, maybe an accident", and went to check out--2 long lines, so I went to self checkout. While there I asked about the manager, and the assistant just waved at the front of the store (desk there where I was before), I walked to the desk again, no one there, so I returned and commented that there was no one there. The manager returned and asked what I needed, I started to show the label with weight, price per pound etc, he just said what? So, I stopped. If the manager there to "help" won't listen, what is the point? Now I don't trust any of their weighed items: deli, produce, meat. Won't go back.

I really like this store. It's shoe horned in this parking lot, but the results are great. The staff makes it work and the pharmacy is especially organized. Super crew. Thanks y'all.

The deli is TOO SLOW. Add more counter space because you cannot keep up with online orders AND a line in the store. You will wait longer for your online order that has a pick up time than if you stand in line. The deli is chaos. The bakery is amazing. Too much rotten/molded produce remains on the shelf. Same deli problems at the new E Ponce location.

Very professional and helpful pharmacy. I get many vaccines here, it’s close to my home and the people are top notch!

Good food selection, however, if you are coming for batteries, the selection feels very limited compared to Kroger, but decent enough. They have nice employees and is overall a good store.

I am highly disappointed in this publix location!! I went in for a gift card & a few more items today. I went to the self checkout line & asked the employee for help because the gift card wouldn't not scan. The employee also could not get the gift card to scan & when trying to do so opened the card a little causing it to look open or as if it was regifted. So she said she wanted to try a different gift card & I said well yes I would want a different one anyway because this one looks a little rough now. So we both walked to the gift card stand & got the card together, she then told me that it may be better to try a cashier line instead of self checkout. I went to the closest cashier & she also could not get the card to scan. She then asked another employee who was standing near for help. That employee came & tried, of course same thing, the card would not scan. So this employee went to grab the entire row of gift cards that mine came from & started scanning. One eventually scanned & I paid & left the store not thinking to check the card because there had already been so much time spent with the card not scanning I got in my car & almost to my destination where I looked at the card & noticed the employee had scanned the WRONG GIFTCARD! Now I should have checked on my own true enough, & I should've also considered that two other cards like it just did not scan but this one did. However, I honestly thought the employee knew what she was doing & maybe did a scu override or something! I didn't think not that I had been given the wrong gift card. I know it was an honest mistake because the gift cards do look alike but have different company options on them to choose from. However, what makes this visit so upsetting is that this store is not in my area AND, their phone number does not work! So I'm stuck with a giftcard that was not what I gave them to scan!

I really enjoy shopping here but honestly, In the deli department you need more people if you are going to offer online ordering. I can see the stress in your staffs face trying to do both. Have a designated person to help the shoppers in store and one for online orders and maybe one or two as backup. It isn't fair to your staff to have to deal with all the extra stress. If you can't find staff paying a living wage works pretty well when it comes to employee retention. Just because you work at a supermarket doesn't mean you shouldn't be paid a living wage.

Two days after my MD called in my prescriptions, no response from this pharmacy. I called. 'What's the problem' Insurance. 'Oh, someone typed in the letter I instead of the numeral 1. Why didn't you call or text me. ' I don't know' They didn't have one of the prescriptions I was out of. Why don't you call another Publix and see if they have it ( you've had 2 days). 'We don't do that' The prescription will be here in another 2 days. What do you tell diabetics... you don't have their prescription, go to the ER? Vacant stare. I did get an unconvincing performance of an apology.

This place is a sh** show and the hot foods is the biggest joke. I'm going to the other Publix because this one needs some management.

The macaroni and cheese is horrible. I decided to purchase already prepared food for dinner on a Friday. I purchased their delicious fried chicken, southern style potato salad and their macaroni and cheese from the deli. Everything was delicious except for the macaroni cheese. It tasted like the cheese was possibly from a can warmed up and put over the noodles. There was no flavor what-so-ever! In a word stay clear of their Mac-n-cheese.
