I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I waited over 2 hours for this towing company to come pick up my car and they canceled without any heads up or reasoning. They refused to pick up the phone at any point. I wouldn’t recommend this company to worst enemy. Abysmal service and communication. Please avoid at all costs.

When I made the call to pro towing service I was just so discouraged about my car. They gave me up front pricing. No hidden fees. They told me the time that they would be able to come and pick up my car they followed through. He was very thorough. I have absolutely no complaints and the pricing was reasonable. I am definitely locking this number in my phone

This company was dispatched to tow my car to a local repair shop, and the technician (Syfe) that helped me was incredibly courteous, polite, and efficient. He provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience!

Can't remember technician's name but he picked up my 2011 mazda3 last weekend. He was super nice and efficient, showed up quickly, and made sure the car's windows were up and the doors locked after leaving it at the repair shop. Thank you!!!

Towed my car to the wrong lot, either lost of stole my car key, blocked my number when I called to ask a follow up about where my car and key were taken. Absolute disaster. AWFUL COMPANY. ***Avoid at all costs!***

These guys were the only company that answered my early morning phone call. Services received in less than 2 hours. Driver, kelvin, was kind, courteous and professional. Don’t even waste your time on this “company”. I had the worst conversation with this guy who claims to be professional. He told me he doesn’t care if he tears my car up after we had a misunderstanding about the process of this service. Trust me, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
