I came to get my eyebrows done she was rushing not professional she was yanking the wax off my eyebrows she didn't ask how did they look wen she finish she rushed out the room and I HAD to call her back because one eye brow was higher than the other she acted like she did not want to fix it DO NOT COME HERE U WILL BE VERY DISSAPPOINTED I SHOULD HAVE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE COMING I WILL NOT BE BACK

Visited Match 3rd as I was heating out of town for my sister’s wedding in Austin. Nails come out nicely; however a day later my gel tip cracked and broke off prior the wedding (did not have the opportunity to get it fixed there) and one of my gel pedicure toe polish came off completely. I revisited upon my return for my birthday (Sunday March 17th), expressed my concerns with the previous service and no regards were taken to my dissatisfaction or complaints. Surprisingly I was charged to fix the nail and charged a total of $60+ for a refill. They didn’t even address my pedicure issue. Fast forward two days later a nail was cracked and broke off. I called to express my concerns and was told to come in and they will fix. Hopeful, that when I visit today, the issues will be addressed properly and a great outcome.

They were nice and did a great job. However, being that my regular nail shop wasn’t opened today, I went here to get a mani/pedi and eyebrows done, just a simple cleanup. I read the board as to how much I was expecting to pay and was gonna tip as well for good service. What I paid wasn’t exactly what I expected from reading the board. The prices are steep and isn’t 100% visible before you get serviced done.

I love my nails getting my nails done is a little selfish sacrifice I do once a month this time I got a little extra Christmas glittery 0 my service was good an fast better to go starting Tuesday for less wait time I would recommend Pro Nails ?

They out my eyelashes on my eyelids!! Not only that they charged me 40 for individual lashes. I asked them when they went up on their services after everyone looked shocked of how he charged me . They said everything going up now . PLEASE!! I don’t mind paying for what I get , but don’t do a horrible service and OVERCHARGE customers. Lost a repeat customerServices: Eyelash extensions

I have been coming to this shop for years! Today was one of the worst experiences I have had. Lisa was on vacation and would normally do my nails. Van was the only need tech there at time. Spoke in her language and told them she was not going to do my nails. Then my nail tech that normally do my feet had a attitude because I asked for silver polish under the glitter polish on my toenails. Then I let the new guy do my nails today and they look horrible. There too thick, nail shape bad and polish not neat. I paid $76 only to now go to the supply store to by a enamel board to reshape my nails. I was not satisfied and know care enough to make it right. I will be finding a NEW nail shop. I work in customer service. You should always aim to please you clients. I have been unhappy with my services it before. But today was the worst.

I specifically called before I arrived and asked how much is a regular pedicure. The young lady said $23. When I arrived she started on my toes. She kept trying to make me get gel. I kept saying no I want regular polish and she immediately got upset and starting speaking in their language to make a big scene. They were very rude. While I still was very calm and polite. I will NOT be returning here. You can’t force someone to get something they do NOT want!
