My husband and I purchased a vehicle from the not so pristine dealership. The vehicle we purchase immediately began having issues. The brother who owns the location with his sister and her husband were extremely arrogant and showed little interest in our complaints. My advice to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle is Don’t throw your money away!!! Stay far far away from these people!!! They have a covertly racist mentality!!!

Bought a 2012 bmw the car started giving me problems the next day. They never even submitted my paperwork for the title. I tried to bring it back and exchange for a working vehicle and the woman in The office (same one who forgot to submit my paperwork) wanted to overall me and argue cause they sold a lemon. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Got myself an E320 black Mercedes was very clean. Valbana got me a temporary tag on the house and helped me with the registration process. best dealership ive been to so far.

Stay away from this place unless you’re willing to put more money into the car than the actual cost of the car itself. If you have no experience working with cars, definitely stay away! Also they pressure wash the interior of the car. Caught him off guard when I visited. Excuse was “my detail guy is off today so I gotta do the work.” Sounds ridiculous but trust me and find somewhere else.

They lied to me about the car they sold me!Acted friendly and I decided to trust them!Especially the lady is crooked!They promised to fix the problem with my car but they did not!They caused me to lose around 2000 bucks!Not recommended at all!

Fraud. Be carefull. Delear sell car with salvage title to us. He dont care about a law. He was smiling after we call police. He says after you pass inspection he will make your title clean.imposible by the law. Please be carefull. Have to claim him thru department of consumers and go to court. Hoppefully they will close his bussiness. But be carefull cause he tell he dont care he will open same bussiness for his wife

I purchased a BMW 550i in June 2023. The car broke down 2 miles away from the shop after purchasing and driving off the lot. I had it towed back at the request of the owners. Before purchasing the car they told me they inspected it fully. The car ended up needing a fuel pump, so Pristine agreed to put one in. After two days they returned the car, they even sent me pictures of a fuel pump in a box. The car broke down two days after the pump was installed. My car has been in two shop trying to figure out the issue for two months now. The Shops couldn't figure out the problem because I told them a new fuel pump was just installed and that ended up being the issue. Thank you Pristine for costing me $4,000 trouble shooting and fixing the car for something you told me you replaced. Now they won't respond to my calls or emails.

I was sold a lemon!! 3 months later my car over heated after I told them there was white smoke coming out the back.They told me sold as is and I’ve been stressed ever since.I have them 13 thousand cash!!

These guys just tired to rip me, don't do it! They tried to convience me the benz i wanted was perfect, BUT WON'T LET ME GET IT INSPECTED! WASTED MY TIME N MONEY!! I came up here. This young man was told to go to neighboring parking lot. Dealership sold the vehicle he gave his deposit on and now refusing to give him his money back. Telling him to come back next week to get his money. This is not good business practices. I won't be buying from here.

Very smooth process we purchased a beautiful Cadillac wagon 2010 and I’m very excited. The owners are very nice and understanding and considerate of your budget that you may have to purchase a vehicle not all used cars are going to be perfect. Make sure that you have a good mechanic handy for when things pop up and once you purchase, that’s it the car is yours to deal with if there’s no warranty, so I highly recommend this car dealership we enjoyed purchasing this vehicle

Not only are they family, they treated ME like family! It was such a great experience that I'd like to hang out with them on personal time! I love the 2010 BMW X5 xDrive35d! My kids love it! Definitely starting in contact with them for future sales and hopefully to give them updates on the BMW!??
