First and foremost the quality was perfect and consistent throughout.Secondly Sam, made sure that I knew what quality shirt I wanted to print on and showed me options. This I really appreciated because I want this to be peoples’ favorite shirt for comfort as well as design.On top of that, they COMMUNICATED. I myself, missed a couple of emails and checked my email days later to see that they were very quick in responding. I was even scared that my delayed response would push the time that the shirts were done. But Nope. He told me a day and stuck with it. “I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb.
