Did not fixed my AC issues. Provided temporary solutions that required me to return multiple times (More than 4). After almost $1000 for a service that should have corrected my AC. I will now have to pay double to have my car properly serviced somewhere else.
I really wanted to Love this place once the new staff and manger came in. However, after getting a diagnostics & being told I needed a new compressor. I waited and shopped around for prices. This was due to the fact that Customer Service here was awful (from the guys that ran the shop prior to 2023), and I didn’t want to return. Plus Summer was ending & I didn’t need AC.
Moving forward to Spring 2023. After seeing the sign for ladies day specials. I called and was very pleased with the new manager, her explanation of cleaning house, & that my information was still in the system. I informed her of the repair I was told I needed by Precision staff & she confirmed. The system showed I needed a new compressor based on the previous diagnostics.
I went in and they finished the service within a few hours. During payment I said “So I shouldn’t have any issues with my air after this right?” The manager said “well, you shouldn’t.” 1 month later the air stopped blowing cool. I went back in they said whoever did my repair didn’t put enough Freon in.
Another month goes by and the same thing happens. Now they say they don’t know why because I had no leaks or anything seemingly wrong. Then they tell me “oh you need a new condenser.” It should have been replaced with the compressor. Why wasn’t this mentioned when I called about the initial repair? When I called and asked about the diagnostic I received here, why was it not mentioned that something other than just the compressor needed replacing?
Whether intentional thievery or lack of experience, someone needs to be held accountable.

They are very cool, but they work very sloppily, they did everything halfway, I had to go back.They did work on the steering of the vehicle, and they did not do an alignment (what kind of work is that? It's not serious).It is expensive, poor quality-price ratio.I don't renew it, except for a basic oil change.

The price I was quoted over the phone was not what I was charged. Fine! The manager must be overworked because I dropped my car off with a part and told them that it was overheating. They told me they would diagnose it, confirmed it needed the part I provided and that they would ensure that it was fixed. Picked my car up at 4:45 at 5:02 I was on the side of the road with my car overheating! All the manager could say is to bring it back and he would look at it when he got the chance. Never again especially when I’ve already paid you to fix this issue. I’m confused because I didn’t know why it was overheating that was the reason I bought it to them in the first place. I’m not a mechanic so, it seems like you definitely just replaced the part I sent and never actually diagnosed the overheating issue.

Bubba and Clayton were great. They made sure my son’s car was safe and didn’t break my pockets to do so. They went above and beyond to help us and I cannot thank them enough for all they’ve done for us. We will definitely be back to fix the remaining issues on the vehicle.

I have recepit from 2021 coming here, recently I noticed a change in staff they will charge you more additional to what you come get service done to , have you thinking your car is broken especially when you see the total price, most times they don’t charge you to see what wrong using diagnostics without anything being done I had to pay $120 for something I could’ve went to autozone for the free..anyway I had 1 issue usually it’s a in-out quick service required …
