I absolutely love this place. I actually followed Jenny and her staff to this location. I live about 35 minutes out but I wouldn’t dare go to any other place. Ann ALWAYS does a fantastic job with my pedicures. She takes her time and is extremely nice. Jenny does an amazing job with my manicures. Thank you ladies for ALWAYS doing your BEST. This is THE BEST NAIL SALON.

I followed Jen from Midtown to here. I love the excellent customer service given and the time they take with each client. I recommend Polished Nail Salon to my family and friends. Kudos to the family friendly setting.

My second time at this nail spa. It’s clean but they don’t have their supplies together! The first time I went they chose a nail color for me because the color that I chose off of their color palette… they didn’t have! My second visit was today… the guy that did my pedicure massaged my legs so hard I feel like they’ll be bruised tomorrow! And AGAIN the color that they had advertised on their pallet …. They did not have. I even chose a different color …. Didn’t have that either. I opted to just leave because both times, I couldn’t get what I was paid for. They still charged me full price. Then they had the nerve to have an attitude when their business is slacking’ I won’t be back and now I see why they have little to no business

The staff at Polished Nail Spa are always friendly and professiona!! They always do a Great job. My spouse and I have been going to them for 12 years. We live in Hampton, GA but we make that drive to Decatur just because of the excellent service that we receive!!

I won’t be going back. How you dictate what the hell a person should get done to their nails! Go across the street to the nail shop over there. Stay away from here. I don’t care how healthy my nails are yal scam artist take my money the first time for the fake nails now my nails to healthy to get fake nails yeah ok. Horrible

They are really nice, and my partner goes here all the time and gets perfect service. I am autistic, and I usually have press on nails because I bite mine so badly. I told them that I had some on when I went in, and I wanted nails that looked like the nails I had on, a full set, and a pedicure and that they should just pop off- my partner said the same. I told them again (three times) and yet, this still didn't come across. The woman who did my pedicure was perfect. My feet STILL look good after four weeks. However, my nails were so bad it looked like I glued lily pads (or crushed rocks) to my nail beds. I know my nails were trashed, but I have also seen what they can do with my terrible nail beds. I couldn't even go back in I was so traumatized. And I won't. My partner did, and they said that they would have someone else re-do them, but I did not have the patience to go back. I was so mortified I did not even take pictures. I give them four stars for the pedicure and for the fact that my partner's nails look like a princess's.

Professional caring staff. Wait is always minimized, prices are competitive for the area. I have been coming here for at least 8 years and recommend this salon. Ask for Anna or Kathy. Honestly, everyone is great.

Not happy with the service or my nails. While the tech was working on my nails, another client came in with no appointment. Instead of taking her time and finishing mine she went to the other client. In the meantime, another lady finished my nails and was so rushed and sloppy with her work. I have color leftover on most of my cuticles and feel like I wasted my money. They’re really nice and friendly but they need to manage their time better. I won’t be returning.Service: Manicure
