The staff is typically friendly and helpful. The facility has always been clean and machines/equipment are usually functional and available.

To management please address this: Not sure what's going on with Planet fitness, but the team members may require some additional training on morning etiquette when I first started attending planet fitness a couple of years back the AM staffers were great friendly, pleasant, inviting however lately the atmosphere is cold and uninviting, not sure, but maybe this is a opportunity for some training in the next staff meeting or teams call.
The location is NOT the most inviting and LA fitness is right around the corner so a nice Welcoming for all the people who come should be mandatory.

I love this gym but double standards are crazy. So I was at the gym doing my sets on one of the machines, And this woman decided she was going to pick me to try to kick me off the machine that I was on because she saw me "playing on my phone" But mind you there was a female who's been on the machine twice as long as I was another one the same 1.
I get told that If i'm going to use my phone , they have a Seating area of front i'm like No, I'm doing my sets.I was just taking a breather in between and O k I was using my phone just like everybody else does in this gym In between sets use their phone And not that I needed to tell her that I was doing something for my Doctor and my banking on my phone. She still tried to insist that I get off the machine and go to the seating area and use my phthe.Other woman was listening to everything after I was like.She's gonna still insist that i go to the seating area to use my phone while like 3 other people say on the other machines using their phones im like I'm doing my sets.I get to have a rest period in between my sets. A few days later a man was coughing and not covering his mouth GROSS so I asked him to cover his mouth he states it's just allergies I'm like so I got allergies too it is still gross cover your mouth he doesn't I tell a gym employee and he tries to say well we can't tell people they can't cough I state I said nothing of the sort just tell him to cover his mouth he says well we really can't so I bring up so yall can tell me not to use my phone on a machine between my sets but can't tell someone to respect gym policy or others and cover his mouth he says he'll be over in a little I watch him walk to the bathroom attend to other gymers and then after I see he isn't coming over I call him over and he drops his head and shoulders like damn she didn't forget about it then finally come over
They would have 5stars but I don't do the wishywashy nitpick me but want me to roll over and shut up I have a Black card membership I don't pay 25 a month to be disrespected or brushed off
Update you only reply to part of my post and you policy states phone conversations in lobby not I can't be on my phone doing appish and like I stated other people were using their phones so why try to single me out and you would only answer apart of my review if that's the case then make everyone do it not picking people out naw your reply just dropped it to 1 star if I could give none I would yall want to pick and choose when to enforce rules but blow off others yeah no it say cellphone conversations in lobby not I can't use my cellphone via apps ect

This gym is a gem! Staff is always welcoming and helpful. They stay on top of cleaning and 99% of their machines are functional. Gym goers here are positive, respectful and social which makes membership here worthwhile.

Clean facility! There are tons of machines. Workout at your own pace. Front desk employees are pleasant. Love the massage chairs and beds!?
Although there are signs telling members to use there earbuds when on cellphones? some people still have loud conversations... no respect for others...ugh!!

Awesome Place! I moved out of town looking for a new gym home and this place exceeded my expectations. They are super clean, constantly cleaning and wiping down things. Safe to say I love it !

I like this location because it’s not too busy and the staff is always welcoming. I want to give a shout out to Nay, she was very helpful in explaining how things work. Her attitude and energy was beyond exceptional. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and showing great customer service!

This location is probably my favorite to go to in the area they’re usually not too busy, they have more machines then most the other planet fitnesses, and staff is very polite.
