I've had good experiences here in the past and had not been here for a while, but we came in yesterday looking for help selecting a crate for our dog, and the cashier working there was short with us. No one offered us any help so we left empty-handed.

GO TO A REAL VET! This review concerns not so much the store - which is a fine, well-stocked place to buy pet supplies - but the mobile veterinary service they bring in on Sundays.
We brought a dog and cat for vaccinations. There is no exam room for the veterinary crew; big barking dogs and frightened kitties stand in the same long line for one folding table in the middle of the store. We warned the vet crew that our cat would bolt if they weren't careful - at which point they opened the carrier and let the cat out to run around the store. Our cat could have easily been attacked by a dog, or run out onto North Decatur Road.
Absolutely unacceptable. Again, these actions were not the fault of the retail staff (although they didn't do much to help retrieve the kitty), but this did not reflect well on the store. Go to a veterinary clinic instead.

Best selection of different fish I have found . They have a lot of other stuff for animals but I only go for the fish and my mind is blown every time

I bought little fish and they all came sick, my previous little fish got sick and they all ended up dead. They knew the fish were sick and sold them anyway, don't buy here.
