Peach ? State has never failed me. They are stuck with me. I've been with them when the location was on Swanton Way. Love Peach State, customer service is paramount for me, that's what I retired from after 26 years, customer service. The staff nails it every time. I definitely don't live around the corner. I'm not going anywhere?????

I have never once written a review on google but this experience provoked me enough to do so. Called ahead around 2:30 pm and asked if they were seeing customers by appointment or first come first served. They told me to come in an hour that only one loan officer was working and she was about to go on lunch but she would be back in a hour. After 20 minutes, I drove 45 minutes to this location (closest location to me) I was greeted with a poor attitude from an employee, I told her my situation how I called ahead, drove a long way etc. She waved at the Loan officer who proceeded to waive her off. Finally a few minutes later she comes out and says all of this is going to have to wait that she was going on a 1 hour lunch at 3:30 pm and they closed at 5. She told me the only option I had was to wait and try again in the morning. Needless to say I never came back after wasting 2.5 + hours of my day trying to give them business. I have heard other branches are better, but I should have read the reviews prior to making the trip out there, because they were not helpful to say the least.

I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but our experience was less than stellar. We are so disappointed with this bank. First, we opened the account and were charged $10 to open it. When we received our cards they had misspelled my name somehow, so I had to sit on hold, trying to prove who I was, in order to get a new card mailed to us. Then we were surprised by hidden fees of $4 for each "statement balance", which is just them telling you how much money you have in the account, all while they slowly take it away without telling you. We asked them what this was about, and they said we needed to sign up for online statements in order to waive the fee, which we thought we had already done. Sick and tired of dealing with the issues, we decided to close the account. When we went to close the account we were charged $5. We asked if the fee could be waived due to all the trouble, and they refused. We lost money just for trying to have an account, not to mention all the time, gas, and stress. Don't bother with this bank, there are plenty of banks without so many fees and with better customer service. So unfortunate.

The rude Peach State Federal Credit Union. Elizabeth the bank teller is horrible. I more then disgusted with the interaction. Felt like I was at a currency exchange. I understand this place will run with or without me. I have bank with this bank for 3.5 years. She didn't greet and she went right in to being rude. That is their culture at this bank obviously.

Every time I come to deposit a check here I get some hold on my account. Every. Single. Time. They make what should be a 3 minute interaction of me depositing my payroll to an hour long situation where I’m just sitting here waiting trying to get my own money. Ridiculous. Never had this issue at any other branch, yet it’s the only one close to my apartment so sadly I have to keep coming here. Step your game up.

This Credit Union is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. The tellers are polite and put the customers first, but the woman that works in the office is slow and just not profession!!! We waited over an hour to be seen. She spent 1 hr with a customer, I suggest they start making appointments and try to set a time limit with their visits. Please assist them corporate office, they need leadership.

I went to open an account 13 years ago and the representative made it difficult then. I didn’t have my SS# card on me. I never carry it. I left and it took me 13 years to go back. When I finally did go back they had an awful demeanor as if I was troubling them to open the account. I paid $2.50 to get money out of the ATM to open an account there. I was told 3 times that if I close the account I lose the money I paid to open the account. If my job has a partnership with you, why am I paying to open an account? But okay, let’s go. Then I went online to apply for a car loan. I stopped by the bank to ask a few questions about the loan. I started the convo with ‘I filled out an application online but have questions...” she immediately said ‘’you have to wait for them to call you.” She couldn’t even hear my question? I just picked up my purse and left. 3 strikes...I’m out! I opened an account via a family member at Navy Federal FOR FREE! I will continue business with them and close my account with PeachState. If keeping my money means that much to the bank and rude reps, they can have it!

Peach State is the worst credit union I have had the displeasure of doing business with. The manager of this location is the absolute worst. She's rude and completely unwilling to accommodate clients unlike other branches. I switched to Georgia United and the service is like day and night. I highly recommend not banking with Peach State if you enjoy having access to your money.
