PARTNERSHIP FOR COMMUNITY ACTION IS A JOKE RIGHT ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER AGENCIES IM GEORGIA THATS SUPPSE TO "HELP" PEOPLE IN GENERAL BUT ESPECIALLY DISABLED PEOPLE. DISABLED PEOPLE IM GEORGIA ARE PUT IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS REGULAR PEOPLE. ITS RIDICULOUS AND SAD IN GEORGIA and I ALWAYS WONDER WHO KEEPS VOTING FOR THESE LAWMAKERS THAT NEVER HELPS US. BLACK OR WHITE. THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT US. THEY ONLY WANT TO HELP HOMELESS PEOPLE. IF YOUR HOMELESS ITS LIKE CHRISTMAS

It’s unfortunate that you can only call once a week in order to reach someone. I have called this company for weeks to get assistance and when I finally receive a rep, they advised that they do not have screenings for my county. I just got off the phone with them after being one of the first people in the call queue. How in the world are we supposed to get help? I would not recommend this rental assistance company.

It has been almost 30 days since I applied for assistance every time I call they just keep saying hold on what is going on PCA why are the workers quitting and I received my pink slips but still no money it has been months and still no assistance

People been waiting since the first day it opened for seniors and no answer,no calls backs.people that have no changes since years before are getting denied.Ch2news has been contacted.The money is given for people in need and it's not making it to them and these people applied in plenty of time. What's going on? Where is the money?

Good luck trying to secure an appointment with this organization. By the time they notify the public of available assistance, they never seem to have appointments available, and plenty of people are left without help. They need to hire more people, or provide more funding to help those in need. I have clients that are senior, and in need of assistance with utilities. There seems to be a gap somewhere within this organization, and I really hope that they can resolve this issue pronto.

Staff was very helpful . making sure applicant's had their documents and were even assisting in putting them in order. Very courteous also.

I had a Ms. Church to assist me today. She was smiling when she called me from the room. She was sweet as can be, pluses she smelled really good. Her attitude was shocking!! Typically when there is assistance needed the worker act like it's ther own personal money. The lady who made the copies...STANK attitude and went straight in with " we ain't going to be able to except that." Which they did. She has short salt and pepper curley hair. Now the receptionist had beautiful light eyes she as well was very pleasant. Of course we are all that is up in there working and unfortunately most of us treat each other really bad. There is a scripture that says when you are in a position to help someone do it. Prov. 11:25. He will see that you are rewarded. That's why a lot of then are unhappy because the devil has them blinded to the rewarded Jehovah has if they do and act accordingly. THANK YOU MS. CHURCH.?? OUR NORCROSS AGENT!!! COME HOME BEFORE THAT EVIL RUB OFF. One good apple can't change the bad ones good. Stay prayed up and focus on the more important things. I left her a spot light compliment IDK if the manager will receive it or not. ?
