I am not a car person but I can handle the basics. Each time I have needed parts (wipers, filters, batteries, fuses, etc.) I want to go to O'Reily's because I get consistantly good service. Today was no exception. I ordered a battery for my Subaru Outback because it was not in stock at the local store and I got a good discount by ordering on line. When it arrived, the box was torn and the battery had been damaged in transit. The positive terminal was bent. I took it to the store and Adrian at the counter checked it out and ordered one for the next day. He told me to come back when he was on duty. I arrived and Adrian took care of the exchange of batteries, took out my old battery (which not holding a charge well), installed the new battery and refunded the core price deposit. He was very polite and helpful. That is the way I have had service with all the personnel at my O'Reilys store. I decided to buy a set of wipers. Adrian helped select them and installed them. I know I can figure how to install these things, but it is nice to have that little service. People like Adrian keep me coming back to O'Reilys on Lawrenceville Hwy.

Artem and Adrian provided me with superb customer service! They were both attentive, respectful and knowledgeable of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my situation was resolved. 12/10 rating!!

I needed a replacement bulb for my '09 Nissan Rogue. Cynthia found the correct bulb and came out to the parking lot to install it. While were were at it, she agreed to replace the other one at the same time. I now know how to do it myself (you need a 10 mm socket). What a productive 15 minutes that was. Kudos, Cynthia!!

Fast and knowledgeable, you could tell they truly wanted to help you. I was repairing some things at home that had nothing to do with cars. But they had the wire and nuts and bolts I need to make my repairs

My goodness did I have a wonderful and crazy experience at this O'Reillys. I needed to replace a heavily corroded battery in my truck and it turned into a group effort by everyone in the store to help get the job done. Carlos and Antem (sp?) and the newest employee counter gentleman all pitched in to help along with a passing good samaritan. Everyone showed extreme dedication and passion for helping out to accomplish this unique problem my truck battery had proven to be. A huge THANKS for all their help and I definitely will be back and will recommend to anyone who needs car care with exemplary customer service!!

Originally I gave a 5 star review years ago, service for pickup orders is so bad now, I just order from RockAuto, Summit Racing, or E-Bay. Though the Advance Auto parts across the street is good along with the Advance Auto Parts on Memorial Ave Stone Mountain.I now avoid O'Reilly's whenever possible.

Store staff were not to excited when I asked for help with my new battery. Also core charge info was not provided. I had to ask! Appears staff were more concerned with closing time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & EMPLOYEE WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!!!WE FROM LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS & USE O'REILLY ALL THE TIME WITH THE MOST HELPFUL & KIND STAFF.HOWEVER, THIS LOCATION IN DECATUR, GEORGIA IS THE WORST!!!!!!!WE ON OUR WAY TO LITTLE ROCK FROM FLORIDA VIA ATLANTA & ONE OF THE LOW BEAM LIGHTS WENT OUT....THE EMPLOYEE SAID HIS MOTHER IS IN THE HOSPITAL SO HE CAN'T HELP PLUS IT'S AFTER HOURS EVEN THOUGH HE IS DOING ABSOLUTELY NOHING & ON THE CLOCK!!!!!THE STORE CLOSES AT 9 & WE HERE AT 8:16 P.M.THEY NOT BUSY BUT JUST DON'T WANT TO HELP.....???

Terrible experience! This location now closes at 5:00p.m. They did not know the names, types or different variety of parts that I needed more than I do, even with the technology they were using! I had to return several times to get the parts or right parts that I needed for our cars. They do not have a great order history system or customer care. (Actually said, "well if its not the right part, you can just return it.") There was one young man who cared a bit and was a bit knowledgeable and that was Damien. But everyone else were all over the place, and a little unprofessional. This store has lost us as customers.
