Operation Boot Camp at Decatur is a great supportive work out experience, geared towards the ability of each individual camper. JoJo and Jan lead a loyal group of instructors who put us through the paces three times a week in the most fun and varied mix of cardio and strength training exercises. I love the camaraderie and esprit de corps. The best group!!

I am very glad I decided to join the Operation Boot Camp family. Besides getting me in better shape and shedding 25 pounds, the people there are super friendly, which motivates you even more than the results.

The quality of instruction, variety of workouts, fun atmosphere, and results have kept me coming back.This camp works great for me, getting my workout in early.I have stayed with it for many years because of the supportive atmosphere. I am encouraged to listen to what my body needs each day, and push myself in a challenging and safe way. I am more in celebration of my body and enjoying moving it after joining boot camp. I love that there are different fun workouts each week, and all the friendly faces!

I am not a morning person so I was nervous about joining a boot camp program that begins at 6am, but it turned out to be super fun and motivating! The supportive community and expert trainers make all the difference - they are super fun and energetic, supportive of wherever you are in your fitness/wellness journey, and genuinely care about your success. I left each boot camp feeling more energized and ready for the day! By the end of the 6-week session, I could feel a difference and was able to workout harder and longer. Highly recommend Operation Boot Camp!

I signed up for a month, and have stayed a year! I was overwhelmed by the supportive, inspiring environment, not to mention the joy and laughter that we share! As a mom, there is no other time of day that works for me. With OBC, I'm home in time to get the kids out and get to work! And there's just nothing wrong with being told I have "Michelle Obama arms!"

This camp changed my life. You may go to a boot camp thinking about losing weight or getting fit. If you go to this one you will not only get fit, you will wall away with lifelong friends and people who sincerely care about you. It is one of the best environments I have ever been in and am lucky enough to be apart of. No matter what your fitness level is you will get a lot out of it. People you just meet going will cheer you on and everyone will be in your corner. I wouldn't just suggest this for friends, i would suggest it to my family members and people i care about the most!

I can't even describe how this has changed my life. Getting in shape is what you go for, it ends up being a good thing that just happens, but the thing that keeps me there is the people, they aren't just a group you work out with. They are friends. It is the most supportive and sincere environments I have ever been apart of. Everyday they give me positive energy that transfers into everyday tasks and my quality of life has just gone through the roof.

I've been doing OBC for three years and it's become one of the absolute "must do" things in my life. Come meet an amazingly friendly, supportive group of people - we help each other and cheer each other on. I'm 20 lbs lighter and much more fit than I was 3 years ago. I've also completed 4 half-marathons because of these folks. But the real win is that I've met a group of amazing, positive, funny people who I really enjoy. It's a community as much as it is a workout group.

This is an amazing group of supportive people to get into shape with. They inspire using their own stories and strength to get you to your goals. You are allowed to be yourself and find your own best self, even if it is early in the morning.

n the past I have never considered myself a 'group' person. Workout or otherwise. My OBC experience definitely shifted that for me. The bottom line is that there is no better way to get in shape fast - and to have fun while you're doing it. Yes, it is early - but it is an incredible feeling to have your workout finished by 7am. A bonus is that you will meet people who will impact you for the long-term - and you get to see your friends before work every day! How cool is that??
