oh well, after reading these reviews I see NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED. if Kim is still the owner/manager then these reviews make sense. I gave up on this salon years ago! i popped in eyebrows two years ago. I'll continue to remain distance due to these ratings. Heading to Lawrenceville Hwy

First time customer today. Needed to find a shop bc the shop I typically went to was crowded and had an hr plus wait. I needed a new back up shop and decided to try this place today. The customer service was on point as well as my service. I will definitely be using them again.

Why do our race keep doing business with these people? They don’t spend their money in our hood but we spend our money with them ! They don’t hire black people but they remodeling their shop from our money SMH they raised their prices cause we’re paying for the remodeling

Extremely unprofessional. I got over charged and my nails look HORRIBLE. When I went to try and get it fixed be drilled my nail down and shooed me away. He literally flicked his hand and told me to " get out ". PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!! OVERPRICED , RUDE , DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR NAILS.

Only place open on a Monday and guy did a decent job. So quick for a gel refill and charged $45. I asked if he could stretch my fingers real quick and he told me " that they only do that with manicures". What?! I spent $45 not $27 at my regular spot ( and she does cleans like a manicure and massages my hand, arm. The pedicure lady was good. The Tip I left was not much due to service. And can someone smile around there! If you hate it then don't work there. There needs to be better customer service.

Never again! Not worth the money!!! The nails were nice I guess but they are overpriced and they keep trying change the price on me!! When you go here, let them know what you want to pay because they will finesse you and try to give you a recommendation drag your pockets! The guy who did my nails got most of my sns residue off but left some of it on my nails and GLUE THE THE NAIL TIPS ON THE RESIDUE!!! He didn't even tell me to go wash my hands when he got done shaping and filing my nails. I didn't want to cause a scene but never again! The lady who did my feet did okay all the way up until I had to use my phone to transfer my funds. "put your feet in here and get off your phone"..like lady who are you talking to?!!! Girl bye! It's ways to say stuff to a person.

Today was my first day here and I must say it will not be my last. The nail techs were super friendly, professional, the place was clean andWell put together. Never judge a book by its cover this is a hidden gem. I went for a manicure and a pedicure. The lady who did my manicure oh man! She massaged my hand soooo good and the women who did my feet oooohhhhh best massage at a nail spa I have had in a really long time.

Its only one person working it’s horrible I been here for almost 2 hours with my feet sitting In water it’s two workers ! Only one doing both nails & feet & them you have the other worker just walking around the eating & watching tv this is horrible I will not be coming here again !

I came here on a whim because I was waiting to eat at a nearby restaurant. I walked in and they took me right away. I felt like my entire nail experience was rushed. She did my manicure in 10 minutes and then barely massages my hands after. I got my toes polished with Gel and she literally JUST polished them, no file, no offer to cut down, nada. Then I was about to get my eyebrows down and noticed that she was going to use materials firm inside her handbag and I was uncertain whether they had been sanitized. My nails look okay but I will not be returning here.

The prices are tooooo high for chipped gel polish in 3 days another lady complained about her polish on her toes but they said it was her work boots I should have left right then
