This is my second time at a New Balance store and I will tell you both times I have been were amazing experiences. This time Brian was incredible to work with. He was patient, really nice, so helpful, went and above and beyond. He is truly the definition of Great Customer Service! Thank you. Brian!!!

The young man who helped us had great customer service and we got our feet electronically measured (free) which was useful as we had the wrong idea of our sizing. The store is nice but the selection if shoes is unfortunately very limited.

Been coming here for years for running shoes and everyday shoes. Can’t wear anything else and this team is awesome! Special thanks to the store manager, Hannah. She has a ton of experience and is always helpful and goes the extra mile to get you what you need. Highly recommend!
