I've traded with Neil for nearly 30 years. If its British, he can fix it. But call early, sometimes there's a wait list. Great guy and bro Robert too. 5 stars.

Thanks to Neil and Robert's expertise, the old saying of needing to keep "tools in the boot" of your MGB is merely a myth. Neil has recommended and made significant improvements adding to it's reliability and safety. Thanks to them, my MGB is more reliable than some of my current production cars. And a heckuvalot more fun to drive. Love seeing the impeccable vintage restorations they're working on when there.Services: Carburetor cleaning

Neil and his crew are all gentlemen and scholars, far beyond the scope of their deep levels of expertise with English cars. Businesses like this one are few and far between.

One part of me hates to give Neil a positive review if it means more British car owners will start taking their cars there and I'll have to wait even longer to get an appointment with him. So it might be self-serving of me to give him fewer than 5 stars, but it wouldn't be honest, so I'll suck it up and wait my turn. I've been taking my TR6 to him for several years now, and I've never been less than completely satisfied with his work, his encyclopedic knowledge of British cars, and his insistance on doing a job properly and completely . . . and at a reasonable price. On top of that. he might throw in something extra if the mood strikes him; once he painted my valve cover -- I guess because he just couldn't stand how crappy it looked. Moreover, if he refers you to someone to do a job he doesn't do (upolstery or top installation, for instance), you can be sure whoever he recommends will be the best around. So if you're looking for someone who will give your British car the attention and expertise it deserves, go to Neil's Restorations. But if you happen to see a yellow TR6 heading that way, please wait till the next day.

Neil is professional, honest, and GOOD. He has fixed at least one annoying problem that had plagued my TR6 for years. And he routinely goes the extra mile, if it means throwing in a small extra fix for something he noticed while doing the work I requested, or correcting a clumsy repair from another mechanic.

The perfect place to take my '67 Austin Healey 3000 in Atlanta. Great service, prices and workmanship. I tried another place on Roswell Road in Buckhead, their labor rate was very high, the mark up on parts was crazy and the quality of work was not great. Neil's was the exact opposite, if you have a classic British car (Healey, Jag, MG etc.), I highly recommend Neil's Restorations.
