Did someone say unprofessional? Yes ?. I got an appointment for 2:00 pm and got there 1 to 2 minutes early, during my time of haircut The barber started cutting a child's hair, it's unprofessional for sure. However, I thought it would not take that long and then! the barber started cutting his supposed father's hair too. I didn't get into an argument but let him know that everyone's time is important and left without any haircut.

This has been the only place I have been coming to get my eyebrows done since I moved here 2 years ago. Unfortunately, despite that, when I came to get my eyebrows done last Thursday, and despite me speaking to the woman who did my eyebrows in Hindi (but maybe she did not hear), I was still treated badly when I went to pay. The girl ringing me up asked her (in Hindi), if the cost should be $5 or $6 and the woman who did my eyebrows, again obviously thinking I can't understand her, says loudly $7. I don't mind paying $7 if that's a consistent thing, but I do have a problem being discriminated against as if I'm not Indian, just spoke to you in Hindi, and have had previous conversations about these things in the 2 years I have been coming here! That was just really shocking and upsetting behavior. I obviously won't be returning and will be sharing my experience with my friends.

She scams people, compare to next door Parlour she charges more than double the amount for eyebrows and upper lips . And was quite rude when didn’t leave the tip according to her expectations.

I frequently patronized this business when I lived in the area and returned for the first time in a year, and I will never return! The staff was extremely rude and appeared to not want to serve me and requested I go to another location although it was empty and 3 staff members were there

The service here is absolutely terrible. I called to book an appointment for a facial before I came in the shop. Once, I arrived they asked me to give me about 10 minutes.After waiting nearly 45 minutes, I got upset and left. Not once did they acknowledge how long we've been sitting and waiting or even said anything about the inconvenience. Please treat your customers better!

Well I’m agreeing with other comments that they’re unprofessional and Pricing is High like you going to buy gold ? and they don’t have anywhere mention what they charge and I didn’t bother to ask them how much it would cost? Because I didn’t realize that it’ll cost $80 for Dammed HAIRCUT.PLEASE BEFORE YOU LIKE TO DO ANY SERVICE DONE BY THEM PLEASE ASK FOR PRICING DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME AND SO MANY OTHERS. ??Service: Hairstyling

Upstair salonService- HaircutThis 1 star is just for the person who did my haircut else would want to give negative if possible.The owner was super rude. Felt so ignored as if she is doing me some favor. Make sure you clarify on the pricing before starting the service. I paid $65 for my haircut after negotiating as they mentioned $45 in call and later that madam said $75.The lady spoiled my mood. Staff is good and I think they deserve better owner.Idiot Lady!!

One of the worst barbers I've gone to. Farooq does not listen to a word you say and I always leave the shop dejected after a haircut by him. He always over cuts and ruins the haircut by cutting the front of the hair short while keeping the back long. I highly advise staying away from this shop.

Its a waste parlour My fiance visited here for her facial hair remove and the lady who treated my fiance had burn her face near chin and due to this she is facing lots of pain and sensations from 2 days.This blady people doesn’t know how to do wax on face. Its not a professional parlour so plz don’t visit here.??

Wasn’t really satisfied at all. The lady who did my eyebrows didn’t know what she was doing. She was extremely rough and left my eyebrows with alot of redness and bumps which barely happens to me. She then took way too much hair from my left brow and then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have any hair growth from the beginning...... I was getting my eyebrows done after 2 months. On top of that she didn’t even complete her job.There was so much hair left. The lady had too much confidence and kept calling herself an expert.A much older lady came and “fixed” it. She was also much nicer. So that’s why I didn’t give 1 star ? at the end me and my sister left and my mom was still inside to pay. The receptionist thought we had ran away without paying lmfao that’s the most fun I had the whole time I was there.
