I purchased a vehicle from Nalley BMW earlier this month. The initial process of buying out of state was smooth and good customer service. However, after all docs were signed they received my payment, there was a shift with that customer service.
The main issue was lack of communication for consistent days and lack of transparency. I trusted their promised "multi point inspection" for the vehicle that I purchased. Once the car was shipped and arrived to my home, it turns out the car was modified with aftermarket parts and tuned, therefore voiding my 3rd party warranty that I invested in. I brought this issue to management, and I still have not received any response. This was just not good business. Very disappointed.

I've had experience with lots of different auto shops. This is the only place where I haven't had any issues. Everything is diagnosed and fixed correctly. The service techs know the cars inside and out, and customer service is top-notch! I tell all friends/family members to go there, and I will not take my M3 anywhere else!

Beautiful cars but this place sells lemons, please be cautious buying cars from them. If you go to court have a good lawyer because they use “as is” claws as a defense and the judge in Dekalb is not a good judge on consumer and lemon laws. If you need their right information here it goes. Hopefully someone wins. I lost $20,000 plus more for a car they appraised and value at $9,264 at the same location of purchase.

This is my 2nd BMW! I guess I will always be a Beemer girl! Our sales guy Marcus was wonderful! He treated us like first class ?? He had the BMW that i picked out online, ready for us to test drive when we arrived☺️
2.5 hours later I was driving it home! Now I just have to go back to see Marcus at Nalley so he can help me familiarize myself on how to use all these bells and whistles on my new car!☺️??…. Technology ! Whew!!! ??

Drove 2 hours to have work done and when I tell you it was worth it. The best customer service you could ask for. My service advisor Desmond took his time and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this BMW over Columbus, GA and Montgomery, AL. I will definitely be returning to do more business in the future.

Francina was the worst service advisor anyone could dream of. Not only did she neglect her duties of processing the work order on my man’s car which he dropped off on Friday ( for an oil change ) she failed to communicate all weekend leaving my man stranded with no ride to work on Monday. Since when does an oil change take 3 days to complete? And with no communication at that! Then when we showed up on Sunday looking to pick up the vehicle because we didn’t hear anything and a very rude and very aggressive white man with glasses approached us and rudely told us he could not help us and we would have to come back Monday. This is the worst treatment any car owner could imagine and BMW Decatur could care less about customer service and reliability. We will not be back.

Couldn’t leave the parking lot without leaving Calvin and Maria a review. Super knowledgeable and super sweet both of them on my tire and oil change. This is also my favorite BMW Center for service and sales.

The car buying experience was fast and efficient. I have been waiting on car tags for 48 days now. Had to go to dmv to get extended temporary tags and they still said BMW had not been submitted to state. I have called twice and the lady that takes care of titles/tags blamed it on the cyber attack which occurred 21 days AFTER I bought my car and really had nothing to do with the vehicle tags especially if they were submitted timely. The first call she stated she would expedite it and the second call she seemed annoyed as I was too that I was calling a week later when my tags were going to expire. I don’t want to again be inconvenienced for someone’s inability to do their job. If there was a cyber attack put in some extra time and take care of the backlog.

I have been associated with this location since years, and never have I come across such poor customer service. My car is wobbling heavily often, as if the wheels gonna come off. I went for an appointment on Monday and asked for it to be checked and until then i needed a loaner. They didn't have it that day which was fine because it was an instant appointment. But the advisor named timothy told me they'd have a loaner available on Thursday, so i redid the appointment on Thursday. Now today they are saying they gonna check if it's wobbling all the time then only they ll give loaner. People got to be clear with their words. We have work to do as well. They seem to be saying that we are lying about the condition. It's a brand new 2024 4series. How can someone lie and take all the trouble going in and out to the location. I asked them if they are taking a responsibility if the wheels come off, it's their fault, they said nothing. Very poorly handled the situation and for sure lost my and 4 others business forever. Today i found out that other dealerships are offering more services then them. I didn't even have to ask at Gwinnett location for a loaner and a service. Management needs to think about it
