My mom, me and my daughter went this past Saturday, the staff was nice, but the quality of work was terrible. My daughter and I both got gel manicures and pedicures and by Sunday afternoon both had chips in our nails. Two of the nails have completely lost polish at this point. Just overall disappointment. Paid $143.00 and it was my daughter's first time getting gel and she was so excited. I will never go back.

Waited a whole hour and 30min to get service … finally got the service and it was rushed … I ended up paying $130 for full set and gel pedi … only for it only for my nails to fall off within 3 days ! NEVER GOING BACK ! Idk if the product they use are cheap but for it to only be 3 days and 5 nails fell off already makes no sense I didn’t even have the energy to go back and complain ! They keep popping off like press ons worst experience ever

I see all the bad reviews but no lie I am huge on reviews. I only get gel pedicures by Annie. No one else, so I can say she's the best ! Quality work,Great Customer service, and very fast.

If you are young please do not go to grandma she more for the older ladies but if u get ur right tech there you can’t go wrong price is good also

The first time i came they did such an amazing job. like absolutely no complaints. But as of 4/18/2023 .. i'm not coming back. They freaking suck!! Please read the reviews because the bad reviews are the truth! - THEY DON'T KNOW SHAPING! worse shaping i've ever seen in my life, it was so bad i had to go ahead and ask for a soak off. - THEY DO NOT LISTEN! You could say one thing and they do another. - Very sloppy and they move too damn fast. Why would you wipe off a color .. and not fix the toe polish base?? NOT LISTENING!!!!

I will never return to this establishment, I got a deluxe pedicure but it was the same as a basic pedicure, so don't waste your money bc it's not a big difference. The employees DO NOT LISTEN at all! The only reason I came today was bc my regular place is super busy and it's NYE but I will never return bc they are not professional. Make this place your last resort!Services: Gel manicures

The quality of my nails were horrible. I had to ask the nail tech to remove my polish because my nails looked sooo bad. I had to go somewhere else to fix my nails. I will never go there again.Services: Acrylic nails
