NACA is it! If you are unsure about the program and/or buying a home please invest time in just learning about NACA and/or going to a workshop (you will be surprised). Information is key! I doubted that I wasn't ready or wouldn't qualify and I was wrong. They give you hope by creating an action plan with you, giving you a goal you can see and steps toward buying your home!It's OFFICIAL, I'm in the process now of buying my new home :)

I have been working with my counselor for a few months now, and the process has been steadily moving forward. I appreciate the detail (and organization) required to prepare me for success. I look forward to achieving my goal of home ownership with the support of NACA.

Currently almost at the halfway mark with my NACA journey & I’m so grateful for my amazing counselor Noelle ! Throughout this process she’s been so patient with me & most of all encouraging. Stepping into this next phase of adulthood to become a homeowner is definitely not easy, but with a supporting counselor like Noelle I’m trusting the process and feeling hopeful. I’d recommend anyone who wants to become a homeowner to the NACA program.

NACA is great if you have some funds saved already, are working full-time and have access to a computer, printer and scanner. The process is pretty straightforward if you have your documents together and staying on top on uploading your documents every single pay period and month. Having a monthly budget is PARAMOUNT because they want numbers for this. The staff I've encountered have all been pleasant and knowledgeable of the process which is great! I do like that you have your NACA ID for life and if you ever move, you can transfer your profile--if you still haven't bought a home yet. It is work, but if you want it and the market is in your favor, it's a great program!

I am grateful for the service I received from NACA. The team was so helpful and assisted me in purchasing my first home with zero down payment and no closing cost. My credit score was not a deterrence, which put my mind at ease. I highly recommend! Thank you NACA, I can't wait to purchase my second property with you.

We heard about NACA home purchasing program a long time ago, and finally decided to try it. The application process was simple enough, uploading documents, after we got started. We got quick customer support when we needed help. In our first meeting we found our counselor to be very informative and knowledgeable. Yes, I would recommend the program to my friends.

My experience with NACA has been both eye opening and challenging. I would certainly recommendthis program to anyone looking to purchase a home being that the counselors take pride in making surethat you have all the information and knowledge one needs to go through the home buying process. Mycounselor, Esme Redman has been both patient and very helpful in assisting me through the process andI really appreciate her patience and knowledge.

My husband and I are currently working with NACA on obtaining our first mortgage for the purchase of our first home. NACA is an awesome first-time home buyer's program, and I would recommend this program for anyone looking to achieve the dream of owning their own home. The NACA counselors are extremely knowledgeable and are in lock step with you throughout the entire process. I am extremely thankful for the guidance of our counselor Alicia who has been our support and counselor through this journey. We are grateful and thankful for the opportunity to work with NACA!

I was extremely nervous about the NAVA counseling appointment. I didn't know what to expect and I wasn't very confident. After speaking with my counselor Noelle BeRoman, I felt a sense of relief. Noelle was so very kind to me, she was so understanding and made sure that I understood how the process would go and what would be expected of me. I am very excited about my journey with NACA and I feel grateful to have the help from them all.

I just started the NACA mortgage program, and I am a believer that it is the best mortgage program in the market. I love that they really help you figure out your budget, and are honest in their approach to help you find a home you can afford. You will have to do your part with saving, being organized, and tenacious in achieving your goal of homeownership. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I look forward to volunteering and helping others reach their dream of homeownership.

I'm in the Atlanta, Ga. area. I have been working with NACA since January 2023. So far my experience has been positive. I've had to call the office a couple of times to get some help, and the representatives have been very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I worked with my counselor for the first time this week and she was very thorough and attentive, answering all of my questions. I even emailed her a question today and received a reply within a few hours. So far everything is good and I don't anticipate anything going wrong down the line. Based on this, I recommend NACA to anyone.

I am currently working with NACA. They are an amazing first time home buyers program. I would recommend this program to anyone that has the dream of owning their own home one day. The NACA counselors are really knowledgeable and they are helping me with all of the steps of getting approved for my first mortgage! It have been quite a journey and I’m very close to finish! It can take a lot of work to get through the program, but I know it will be worth it! I’m so excited to find and purchase my first home with NACA!

With rising cost in homes and interest rates I decided to try NACA in hopes of becoming a homeowner without needing to bringing thousands of dollars to the table. I had my initial NACA Homebuyer workshop on January 14, 2023. Where I learned about the program and was able to hear testimonials from prior NACA participants and after the 3 hour virtual workshop I received my NACA ID. I then scheduled my first meet and greet with my NACA counselor on 2/13/2023. At this appointment I met with my counselor Natalie to discuss my finances as well as go over all the documents I needed to upload. At the conclusion of that meeting I was given an Action Plan and scheduled a follow-up meeting for 3/28/2023. At this meeting I was cleared to go to next step, the pre-approval process. Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks I get the all clear. In the meantime I'm following the instructions to minimize my spending, not adding new lines of credit, and adding to my savings. This program definitely takes time but good things are worth the wait. Hopefully I will be in my home by the end of the year

I have completed my intake session and received my action plan.The process seems to be long and tedious however I am trusting it, and have a positive outlook on getting my approval in April 2023 so I can start looking for my first home. :)
