Loved it. The wait wasn't too bad either. The lady was gentle with twisting the locs, fast and neat(Tiffany), and Ms Penny came through with the aroma wash.

The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The hair care professionals know what they are doing. I really appreciated the professionalism and personal attention shown to my adult daughter and I. Tiffany took time to schedule a consultation with my daughter to ensure they were both on the same page and there was a clear understanding of what to expect.
