I am delighted that I finally was able to purchase a new phone on this day! There were maybe 3-4 ppl that was in front of me. But the wait was only maybe 10-15mins. The associates did wear masks and kept respectful distances. They were friendly, able to multitask sufficiently and patiently answered all my concerns. My sales rep. Was Samantha. She was through with my initial meet to the end of the sale. I recommend her because she was the only one that helped. Shout out to the Store Manager listening and being supportive for both me and her. I will recommend this Tmobile because you are in and out in a reasonable time. Also they do actively listen to your concerns about your account. When I am on this side of town, I will stop by if I have any phone/account concerns. The only thing I wished they had were kiosks to pay your phone bill. Other than that Keep it up the Good Work Tmobile Store #9031!

Upgrade to an iPhone 11. The young men that work at these locations need to do better, I went to two location and at both locations in Decatur I encountered young men acting as if we NEEDED them..... yes- we need you to do the job you are being paid to do, people spend their money with T-mobile and expect to be spoken to with respect. Young men being impatient and disrespectful.

Sales reps Ahmad actually only knows the Metro script. Customer service at this location is lacking. I recommend choosing a CORPORATE store when dealing with this franchise. Service is bad and the iPhone 7 is trash on a trash network. The little guys are just Money grabbers with no KNOWLEDGE of corporate small print.

This store use to have a pretty friendly staff. They've since hired this disrespectful young boy with locs who acts as if you're disturbing him when I come in to pay my monthly bill. Never ever parts his lips to say "hi", or "thank you" or even how much change he's giving you back. It's annoying to be honest. I will go to another location instead of contributing to his paycheck at this location. Customer service skills suck at this location now.
