Tried to file a Claim for my Cell Phone. Cracked Screen and Unable to Charge Phone at home. We tried everything and the Assurant 800 Number give you a Prompt and cut you off.
Can't believe these Dumb Azz people sending us to 800 Number that doesn't work. Customers should walk into Metro PCS Store. File Claim and Spend $50 dollars ?. You'll receive new Phone ? over night to your address. I'm Pissed after 2 weeks trying to File a Claim.
Pray and Hope you don't Lose or Crack your Screen to replace your Cell Phone.

The customer service was top notch good and Hannah was very kind to me and helped me out alot.No complaints, also I was able to get my new phone without any problems.I recommend this store location.

Customer service terrible. The girl that took my payment was huffing and puffing. Also it’s very ridiculous to charge a $5 fee in person like it’s an inconvenience. They’re not doing a damn thing lol

I have never had such a rude and unprofessional experience. The manager was unwilling to honor the price online and according to the 800#. She also told me I had to do all the legwork to bring my number to Metro. If this is indicative of what I should expect if I port my number ovet I'm not certain I want to switch to them!!

Let me just say by far this location is terrible. There is a skinny black girl that works behind the counter. Ultimate scammer. I went in to activate a line on an old phone I had. She was being very suspicious. Days later I called Customer service and they told me she added 2 insurance plans on the lines I already have. I'm thinking about going to file charges at the DeKalb county police office. With this service this is my last month being a customer. Been with them for 12 years. I cant do this.

Your Employees disappointed me with their horrible customer service ! Not only were they practically lazy and didn’t want to assist me because my problem required additional attention, I was not even greeted! maybe because their eyes were stuck to their phones!!! I went right down the street to your other metro facility an the young lady Ryan was excellent she resolved my issue an I am disgusted by your employees energy and customer service honestly

Don't come here , a black skinny girl and girl with uneven body , with bad attitude who shouldn't be there. Added a line , was forcing me to get accessory and I didn't, didn't have anything in store to rectify their cause on a promotional sale what they were saying , you shouldn't force a customer to get some because it's a promotional phone give customers their right too , this is the worst metropcs in the state of GA on a ratchet road CANDLER RD. Never coming again , thanks for the phone though and I reported this to corporate

HANNAH is absolutely amazing! i used to go to her previous location exclusively for her because of her stellar service, i was sad to discover she was leaving but luckily she simply moved locations! she's honestly an amazing, kind person and she helps me solve my issues every time! i'll gladly be back!

Imon helped me when I broke my phone. She's awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. She helped me file my claim and when my phone came she helped me activate it. She's an amazing trouble shooter. Solved all my issues as they popped up. I was super impressed and left very happy. I'm going to go back to set up wifi service.
