Sooo the ladies were really nice, welcoming and the stylist cut and styled my hair to my request and liking HOWEVER I asked before being serviced if there was any sort of relaxer or straightening chemicals in their shampoo etc. I was told no and proceeded to being serviced. I took their word for it.. I've been natural/relaxer free for over a decade. My hair is naturally curly. Needless to say... my natural curl pattern is gone! Ive washed my hair a few times after being serviced and my hair is now straight and limp..the only thing curly are my roots/new growth. This is very disappointing. I would have never willingly compromised the natural texture of my hair by agreeing to use products with straightening chemicals in it. If its not the chemicals/shampoo.. then it must be severe heat damage. Again they were nice but my hair has been compromised for sure.

Do not go buy hours of operation as posted. I pulled up at 4pm and they were closed after I jus drove 30 mins.. I’m disappointed.

I like the way Rosa does my hair. I highly recommend this Salon. The atmosphere is good and they are very personable.

Do NOT deep condition if you are natural. I was naturally for years & got the "deep condition". My hair was permed. Breaking off, bone straight, completely damaged one week later when I went to wash it. Never curled back up. I had to do the big chop at 26 years old. I had no choice. When I told the owner, she said accused me of getting it done elsewhere like she didn't remember me being here from a week ago. Other than that... the service is typically quick, process relatively fair.

Learn how to speak to your customers. You're extremely rude in person and even over the phone. Fortunaley for us, we can go anywhere else but YOU need your clients so learn how to treat them with respect and cut the bad attitude.

Owner is Very Rude! And her prices much higher than the other salons in Decatur. Don't waste your time!
