My vehicle became inoperable at the conner of Rockbridge and Stone Mountain Lithonia Rd at 2pm in the afternoon. I being a woman was very nervous. I called MCS Towing and the person that answered said a tow driver would call me right back. I hadn't even been off the phone 10 seconds when the tow driver called. I explained were I was located and he said I will be there in 15 minutes and he was. He was very professional and friendly. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do. I have saved the company name in my phone.

Great guy! Answered phone, came to my residence with an urgency. Glad I got his number when I seen a random tow truck. Very lucky to cross paths with this company!

My car’s alternator went out going down 285 & I got a tow from Mac, he was efficient in getting my car up on his rig in the middle of rush hour and got my car to its destination safety- I would recommend this company all day long , very professional and courteous- thanks Mac - I very much appreciate your help getting me back !!
