Romeo was great, he's extremely knowledgeable. I wasn't going to purchase, I just wanted to try the different mattress types. Romeo listened intently and made his recommendations based on my needs. My plan was to go a few different days, lay on the same three beds and then decide. However, the deal was right for the Purple mattress. Romeo did not pressure me, I didn't feel rushed.
Mattress Firm should give Romeo a bonus, he was so nice and understanding. No high pressure or waiting for an answer because he knows the info.

After waiting far too long to get a new mattress my wife and I visited this Mattress Firm and were blown away by the level of courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge displayed by all of the staff, but especially our primary salesman, Romeo.
My wife and I had done some research beforehand and had some ideas of what we wanted and our price point. We shared all of this with Romeo and he took us directly to see some fantastic tester models.
Romeo wasn't pushy or aggressive. He made helpful suggestions, answered all of our questions, and left us alone to experience each of the mattresses for ourselves.
We were in the store for almost 40 minutes, trying out different mattresses at our leisure. Upon hearing our assessments, Romeo recommended a higher caliber of mattress that wasn't on the showroom floor but that he thought we would enjoy.
Trusting in Romeo's sound advice, we took his suggestion, and I am so glad that we did! Our new mattress is incredible - exactly what we both wanted. For the first time in years, I am excited to go to sleep!
I won't go into details about the mattress itself because the right mattress for you will vary based on personal preference. But I will say that Romeo and the other sleep experts at Mattress Firm are the professionals you need to find that perfect mattress.
In the interests of full disclosure, I will say that due to a small mix up our box spring was delivered on one day and the mattress the day after. Romeo, however, was our advocate throughout the process and the delivery teams, both for the box spring and the mattress, were efficient, courteous, and amenable.

When we arrived we told Romeo, the store manager, what we wanted. He showed us the product and suggested a higher quality mattress. We agreed that it was a better choice, and made that purchase. In and out!
