wonderful service. The owner is incredible. very responsive, and does great work. I rented a suit, got it a day earlier than I was expecting and it was exactly what I wanted. the entire process was simple. Will be using their services whenever I have to attend a major event.

i had an appointment for 10:30 am and the person was late and unapologetic. We had to wait outside, and she did not say come in. We entered and she was very unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional. I let her know that I spoke with her on the phone and let her know what I wanted. She said oh we have 3 dresses. Then said you don't have to stay. I asked her if that was her business. she said yes and walked off. STEER CLEAR... Will ruin your experience.

The owner was late and you have to pay for parking … the dressing room is also the bathroom which I thought was kind of gross

I saw this place that I drove by stopped in. The owner is very knowledgeable. I like to set up,l of this small boutique. She can handle everything that any other tuxedo/bridal place can handle without the hassle. check it out.

I went here last weekend to find my wedding dress. This is a very cute boutique in Decatur with plenty of charm and Jarica was absolutely wonderful! Despite being a small shop, she had plenty of dresses for me to try on that fit my style. She also did a great job of picking dresses as I figured out what I liked and didn't like. Ultimately, I found my dress somewhere else, but I would 100% recommend coming here!

I have used Jerica for tux rentals for several years. She is always friendly, helpful, and speedy. I would recommend this as a solid and easy option for gents in the Decatur area looking for a tuxedo rental.

I recently rented two tuxes from Luxe Bridal Studio for my wedding. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and friendly! Everything arrived on time, easy to return, etc. A great experience.

Excellent experience! I made an appointment to shop the sample sale spur of the moment to find a dress for a photoshoot in Greece. Not only did I find my Greece dress but I ended up finding my wedding dress as well! I came in by myself and Jerica was super helpful with suggestions keeping my vision and wedding location in mind. She also helped me to take photos and videos when I was FaceTiming with my family to make the decision since I came by myself. Overall, great selection of dresses and if you can go in on a sample sale day you will not be disappointed with the prices!!

Sarcastic female on the phone telling me whats on the Website...Remember, its not what you say but how you say it.Her: "No, I think it says that on our website"She should of said: "If it helps, you can continue to check our website for updates so you won't have to call....."She lead me to the store's website to check her "thinking" and right back to Google where I am putting my energy in this review.Reply to response from owner:I said "ok thank you" and then "hung up", make sure you tell it all. Don't make it seem like I was rude.

Jerica was great to work with. She provided me with great options and was able to source the dress I really wanted for my bridesmaids. She invited all my girls to the studio to try on samples of their dress and measuring before ordering. She kept me updated throughout the manufacturing process and informed me when the dresses would arrive. If you don’t get her by phone, try email.

We ordered all of our bridesmaids dresses from Luxe Bridal. I love that Jerica is knowledgeable of her inventory and designer’s. Additionally, she has answered my after hours phone calls. Such a gorgeous luxury Boutique. Immediately when I entered Jarica's store she greeted me with a welcoming smile. That made me feel comfortable to talk with her. As I took in the decorum I noticed how clean and organize all the beautiful gowns were. She has a very nice selection plus many catalogs to see more dresses that could be ordered in as well.
