These guys ripped me off I was very dissatisfied with the service I paid almost $10,000 for a 10k solid gold charm. I found out the center of the charm was filled with silver instead of gold. I also discovered the diamonds where not real diamonds but mossinate fake diamonds. I would be very very careful on dealing with this jeweler. Always have your custom work checked out by an appraiser to make sure you’re getting what you paid for.

I’ve been scammed and taken advantage of. Lucky told me these were VVS diamond earrings and paid $860 for them, so I had them checked out by two other jewelers and both appraised them as I1 included and MN color and worth less than $100. I called lucky and asked for my money back but he refused. That’s it, I would have been happy but now he says only a trade in on more overpriced jewelry. Please think twice about spending your money here. Not happy.

Lack of communication. Had my truck all day and waited until I got there to tell me that they couldn't do the job today. We had made a 8am appointment and I got there at 1430 to be told this. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! To make matters worst left my key in the ignition switch cause there couldn't figure out how to remove them from a 85 ranger. Wow, should've just google how to remove key from 85 ranger. In the future learn to value people time. Thanks
