I asked the manager what was the price of the case of water and she said she had no idea. So I thought she was going to get up and check for a price for me, and guess what? She didn't bulge. When I say she didn't move or make a gesture or ask another associate to go check. She looked at me as though to say, your guess is as good as mines. I've never liked this store even when it first opened. It has to be an emergency for me to go in there and purchase. But other than that I don't go. Customer service is zero.

I love this location always clean and super friendly staff. I always find the things you don't find in normal grocery stores. Always fresh fruit and vegetables. The meat is always fresh and cut to perfection. To be in the hood I love this store.

I'm only giving a 1 star because every single time I come here The prices are different. Always rings u more at the register. I wonder of they try to take advantage of peoole in this area. They are probably using food stamps too. Not fait to hard working people like myself.

Nothing bothers me more than a store that doesn't honor the displayed price.By the registers there are soda refrigerators and from time to time the price of the soda is displayed on the glass door. That doesn't matter to the cashiers or manager because the only price that matters is the one that scans at the register.Fanta Soda - $1.99 posted on the glass door. The soda rang up $2.19. Me: the sign posted on the door indicates $1.99. Cashier: That doesn't matter it rang up $2.19 so that's the price.Some people may think it's only 20 cents. If 100 people unknowingly paid the $2.19 instead of the $1.99 Little Giant has stolen $20.00 from it's customers.... SMH.

Got some of their bbq ribs and they wasn't done all the way and didn't taste like grilled ribs but maybe baked in oven.

Love this location, usually pretty stocked up. The night shift manager Ashley is pretty helpful. She knows the store and has good product knowledge. Mostly everyone has good customer service

My visit to the store was fantastic, all thanks to Ashley, the night shift manager with the low haircut. She was exceptionally nice, and the store was spotless. Ashley was super helpful and knew the products inside out, which really enhanced my shopping experience. Her commitment to excellent customer service was evident, and I could tell she could handle any role in the store. Highly recommend!

Shut this place down! management are disrespectful! Just like reviews say. Not worth the issues this place bothers you for. If you're aesthetically a part of the LGBTQ community, customers will report you to have you harassed and throw out with a trespass warrant, even if you're paying, treat you so disrespectfully. All I did was open a bag of chicken to confirm it had a total of 4 pieces like anyone else would to make sure it's all there and in good quality, and while I'm checking out to pay for it, they decide it's smarter to call the police while I'm ignoring the harassment, annoying comments and people reporting with petty arguments, and I'm already medically disabled, so who would want to be treated less than human when all you're doing is paying for what you bought from a store?

Very clean and orderly. Interesting to see what use to be an Ingles many years ago as this establishment. They have done a great job creating a quality grocery in the Decatur area.

Oh, the manager did not know how to work the lottery area and was getting frustrated, saying he don’t know how to do this. Terrible customer service.
