The staff became like family throughout are hard battle of what was going on..they knew my voice and associated my name to it!...they didn't fix my favorite vehicle...They perfected my favorite Lexus!! I have an older ES300..I swear no one can touch it except LexTechcAtlanta DECATUR..DUSTIN, DEVIN, MAYA...MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE...I NORMALLY WOULD TRY A PEP BOYS OR FIRESTONE...BUT WHILE GETTING AN ESTIMATE THEY MADE SURE I SHOULD CHOOSE LEX tech..again, .awesome warranty on service and parts...plus i kinda felt special becausevi stepped up to the best profession care..and they treated me like a lttlevbrothet that needed help.. theyveven still callcto make sure im satisfied!! I can only praise DECATUR branch...my car came bac clean and smelling good!...was almost afraid to drive it, because it seemed too good to be true! They gave me a discount for being a first timer and also did a full diagnosis...they are they only company that can touch my Lexus Vehicles!
