Labcorp 585 Dekalb Ind. Way, Decatur, GA. This is the worst service I've ever had in the medical industry including over 20 years military and the VA. These are the most unprofessional and rude people I've ever dealt with in the so called medical industry. They deserve zero stars. They shut down from 12:30 to about 13:50 before you can even sign in on a remote kiosk. Don't answer questions or the door. And the disrespectful way they talk to customers is outrageous to the point I asked QTC a contractor for the Veterans Administration to send me somewhere else after being disrespected and watching them disrespect others for over two hours. Labcorp must be too big to fail and doesn't give a crap about customer service. The most direct action for this location is Fire everyone and get a new trained staff. And these reviews go back over two years with the owners sorry response "Thank you for bring this to our attention ". So they do absolutely nonthing still same complaints. This must be a wholesale staff.

My experience was great the process was easy. The wait was about twenty minutes due to there was four people ahead of me. Once called back the person that waited on me was nice.

Not sure about all the bad reviews. I have been here twice for blood draw and each time the experience was as good as it can be. This morning 10/21/2024 I did a walk in and registered at the kiosk around 11:30. They had me out by 12:15. They originally wanted to get blood from my left arm, but I asked if they would do the right, and they gladly accommodated with no attitude. After reading all the bad reviews I expected some push back but there wasn't any. I am not saying other reviewers didn't have a bad experience, just that mine was good.

I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and poor service in the healthcare industry. We arrived at 12:08 PM, and the staff told us they were going on lunch at 12:30 PM and asked us to return at 1:30 PM. When we came back, no one called us. The lady working inside was unhelpful and impatient. We waited until 2:30 PM, and then she told us we had to sign up again and wait in the long line all over again. Why wasn’t this information clearly posted on the wall? The line moved extremely slowly. This location either needs to close or provide better training for its employees.

Labcorp this location is a very poor example of a business to help service the community. The customer service is less than lacking. I spent over 2 hours to have 2 minutes of blood drawn. I heard constant personal conversations and laughter when there is a lobby full of people waiting.
When I addressed a staff at the one hour mark she was nonchalant. She came to the door calling people names that were not here, then would come back maybe 10 min later to call the same names. My name had been on the top of the list yet you continue to call names that hadn’t responded after the first two calls. I can honestly say I will NEVER come to this location again in life. I will ask in the future to send my label to Quest.

0 stars is a more appropriate rating! IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO POST A SIGN or inform customers that the site does not take drug screens except during certain hours. It is atrocious customer service to have someone wait for 2 1/2 hours and then let them know that drug screens are not handled to much later in the day. This LabCorp should not continue to exist delivering such poor customer service. IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. The representative told a candidate that waited that "it was not her problem"... who does that???

If you need blood drawn, DO NOT COME HERE! I got my labs done here and not only was the atmosphere not welcoming (with broken windows that were boarded up) but the staff was very rude and not well trained. My arm still hurts after a week and the doctor that I saw following this said the phlebotomist went too deep and pinched a nerve. I have never experienced this type of reaction following a blood draw.

All of the negative reviews speak for themselves. The people at this labcorp are unprofessional and unkind. Supposedly this location is open until 5. I rush here after work to have time sensitive labs drawn and arrive at 4:41 just to be turned away. I was told they do not accept patients after 4:45….. when I reminded them it was not 4:45 yet, they still turned me away and just said “sorry we can’t”. I’m extremely frustrated and amazed at the lack of empathy and compassion.

Waited over an hour to be told that the order was not there. Called doctor’s office and they told me that the order was in fact sent.
Now I need to back and start all over again. Not a pleased patient.

The wait time at this location is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting (along with others) for over an hour to be seen. An extreme waste of time.

My experience at LabCorp was difficult and extremely time consuming. Multi-hour wait even with an appointment. I left and I I got my test reassigned to Quest on Winn Way and it was incredibly easy (and no wait) compared to LabCorp. I recommend going there instead if you have the option.

On the website site there nothing saying that they stop taking patients at 4 30 but this particular day they did and refused to see me after racing across town to get there from work. LabCorp should make it known on recording and signage that this is their policy.

My lab required 5 tubes of blood and before I had the labs done I said I get anxious about blood work. I felt extremely tired to the verge of passing out when I completed my labs but I didn’t get any care to stay and rest longer or a snack. I will definitely prepare that for myself next time, but I expected more care in patients getting a lot of blood drawn!!
