I was so excited to see my son's uniform, and when I was handed it I saw the surname misspelled CACERIS, when the correct one is CACERES! it's unacceptable! ?

My soccer team used them to get pennies customized. The lettering looks super flimsy but worst of all they didn’t make one of the orders and upon following up with them over email they never responded and just ghosted us. Not a reliable company whatsoever.

Horrible review!!! Horrible service!!! Ordered my shirts February the 12th had to order minimum of six so I ordered eight. Fast forward to April the 2nd still have not gotten my shirts. Almost 2 months to make eight shirts not sure what happened how it happened. But needless to say it happened. Called a few times left messages, emailed, and was never contacted back. Finally sick of waiting called until I got the one on the phone and they have yet to even start making my shirts. So I asked for a refund. If you're ordering for your child's team save yourself some time and headache and just order from MLB or whatever league. Yeah it's a little more but you can get your kids number and name on the back definitely worth it. All in all I wouldn't have gave him one star but it wouldn't allow me to do zero so terrible terrible experience!!!

Absolutely unacceptable. Do not use this company. Krown sports was used by our league for coaches jerseys. I ordered them on February 21st. They arrived 26 days later..after pictures were taken and, wait for it, after opening day of the season. When I called them they didn't even take me off speaker phone and said it was a special order. Really? I got the players jerseys 2 weeks ago ( from another vendor). The mystery long wait became clearer when I started receiving shipping emails. Krown didn't even do the work, they farmed the work out to a 3rd party. The point is they don't care, and the items are unacceptably late. Please learn from my mistake and avoid them.

I used them in spring of last year and received the order and the fonts didn’t match shorts vs jerseys. It took weeks to get them and then weeks to get the replacements. I placed a new order this spring for the exact warm up hoodies I ordered last year. I was very specific in all my emails. I was sent the wrong design. I was charged for an additional jersey than what I had ordered. The number was wrong on one of them. All of this has been brought to their attention in numerous emails. It’s been weeks and I’ve yet to hear back from them at all. Don’t waste your time to save a few bucks! It’s not worth it after all of the aggravation! Their organization is a disaster!

We used this company for 2 years. The work is great, (when its delivered on time) its just the customer service and accountability is terrible. I stayed with them for 2 years because it was affordable and it was local. Our organization is tired of being disrespected by their staff. The dad/grandad that works there is the worse! He yells at people and talks down to customers. The only decent person there was AJ and even he has become removed and doesn't follow through. They talk down to you like you're stupid....totally insulting! Don't waste your time, they don't deserve my organizations money. Do better!

I placed an order for my daughters uniform 3 weeks ago. I called to see why I have not received it and the response is they do not have the size. I was asked if it was ok to go up a size. I said yes and was told they would ship it out, that was over a week ago. Called again and get the same response. Not sure when I will get the uniform.

It amazes me that it has taken y48 hours and counting to get a response from them in regards to the sweatshirts that they messed up. The lady Anastasia works with the man everyday and Still couldn't give me an answer on whether he would correct the issue. The product looks nothing like the mock up that was provided, They used a child size screen on the adult sweatshirts which made the logo look tiny on a XL shirt. And would t fix it! The sweatshirts had loose threads and lint balls and they said that's what the distributor provided & they never had a complaint. LIES LIES LIES! I'm extremely disappointed in Krown Sports and the lack of consideration for the customer. Such a waste of time and money!

Unfortunately I don't have have a choice in using this business because our soccer association uses them for our uniforms. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses. Ordered my son's uniform on 8-13-21. Today is 9-8-21 and I still haven't received it. His first game is this weekend. I emailed customer service twice, did not get any response whatsoever. Called them last week on 8-30-21 and the girl who answered said that the uniform hasn't been shipped because they didn't have the right size socks yet. I asked if they could go ahead and ship it without them and she said they could. Well, guess what. It's been over a week and still haven't received the uniform. Called them today and asked for a manager. Spoke with Alex. Was told that they are very behind and that they have over 500 late uniforms. He did not apologize at all and when I asked why couldn't the company at least email me and explain the hold up was, he said it was impossible because "that's too many people to email." Ridiculous. Surely they could send a mass customer email?! I would never use this company again if I had a choice!
