I feel like over time this Kroger has improved.I think when the panic comes In is when the store is crowded.But for my own experience this day lots of sale people on the floor very aware of everything.It was clean and I was s able to shop.

The food is always expired, no exceptions . Shop elsewhere because this location is neglected.

This location is the closest to where I live but generally prefer to shop at locations a bit further away. This location seems to be a neglected store, seeming to be a bit more run down. Also the constant presence of panhandler out in front of the store. However, I do have to say all my interactions with the staff at this location has been pleasant. Just the store needs some attention in a bit of an interior face lift and some attention in addressing the panhandlers.

Just don't go here. I don't even know where to start i will be writing for days. The food is expired, customer service horrible, rat and roach infested, don't trust anything marked down, check everything or just don't waste your time. I go to the Walmart across the street.

I was fine until I got to the cashier. She acted like she couldn't hear what I said, because I had a mask on. I wasn't taking my mask off for anyone. Can't see the virus, but you can feel it for days...

Hands down this is the best grocery pickup location in the city. Ryan, Nadia & Jameson have the best customer service and are extremely personable. Unfortunately, if I have a need to go into the store, I choose a different location. This location desperately needs renovations in a facelift. I only patronize this location because of the great service that I get from the grocery pickup team.

Let me tell you something I have not been to or seen a Kroger as clean, fresh and fully stocked as this one in a long time. Not only were the groceries stocked but this location is stocked with helpful, respectful, and mannerable employees. Jamerson had SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE from the min we walked into the store offering to assist me and my mom in any way until the minute we walked out of the store when he assisted with unloading the cart at the register and proceeding to load the groceries into my car after checking out . Better service than Publix honestly which is rare . Shop here!

Even though this Kroger is closest to my house, I've stopped going and prefer locations farther away. Compared to other Kroger locations, this one feels run-down and like Kroger corporate doesn't care. There are always panhandlers asking for money, and at least half of the 10-12 the self-service checkout stations are always broken - there's been several times only 3 stations were functional! I really want to support businesses in my neighborhood, but my experience at other Kroger locations is so much better.
