Krogers at my location needs a makeover. Presentation is everything. If you allow your staff to conduct themselves in a un professional manor meaning dress, hair and attitude your going to get negative customers coming in opening up products eating out of them and leaving the rest, taking a role of toilet paper from the pack and leaving the rest, the store looking unsanitary, items not in the correct spot and over all just unorganized. This place needs better leaders. Staff can only lead by your example. If you have to clear house and rehire, then do the necessary. The security doesn't even act appropriately. They are on their phones or on the outside right in front of the store, smoking cigarettes like they are not at work. How can you pay attention to what's happening!! ? The owner needs to step in for real.

Poorly managed. My doctor has to send in a script, and instead of it being ordered, I have to call wait 15 minutes to get to a pharmacist, just to confirm I want the prescription my doctor sent in. It seems like they don’t want to help people

I don't know why I keep selecting this pharmacy as my preferred pharmacy... I guess because it's the closest to my house. The female pharmacist is very nonchalant and impersonal. When you try to get in contact with them, no one answers the phone promptly. There is a gentleman pharmacist that is quite helpful, which is why I rated 3-stars... but those black female techs need to get it together.

I shop here all the time, and typically love Kroger's. Khadija in customer service, as soon as I walked to the counter say hello how are you...silent treatment and looks at me like what the hell do you want. Ok I cash my ticket, shake it off, must be a bad day. I see the same girl 2 days later and literally raises her voice and argues to the person in line in front of me then gives me a s*** attitude. Will only go to the flat shoals Kroger from now on. Never had a problem with any Kroger employee and usually only leave good reviews but this girl is on another level rude and I know I'm not the only complainer.

Pharmacist: Ms. Elaine is always very friendly. She fills the prescriptions in a timely fashion. She is always very kind and personable. She is soft spoken but she never hesistates to offer her assistance and a warm smile. She is an asset to Krogers Wesley Chapel.

Went to get gas at this Kroger and prepaid $30 from debit card, but gas tank only took $21.38. Needless to say, they did not credit me the difference of $8.62. The cashier must have kept it, because the $8.62 should have been put back on my debit. Kroger needs to be more careful who they have working for them at this location.
