I went to this pharmacy on Nov. 4, 2023 for three vaccinations; COVID-19, Influenza, and RSV. The personnel were very professional and thoroughly checked my insurance. I will continue to visit this Kroger pharmacy for all of my vaccines in the future.

The pharmacist was aggressively unhelpful. The Kroger down the street in Lavista was very nice and was able to help me with what I needed.

Not enough workers. LONG customer service line. Also store seems to crowded with items. For a kroger, it was hard to maneuver the cart through the stuff. Prices are also not much better than Publix currently.

These people are insufferable! After all the money we poured into this store pre and post pandemic...they never know basic information and when asked a question, they will never respond "I don't know but let me help you find an answer"

My Wife and I visited this Kroger this afternoon and they only had one checkout open and it took my Wife about 30 minutes to check out. While waiting a Kroger employee was very rude to me for sitting down in the front of the store. I am handicapped with a bad ankle and congestive heart failure and unable to stand for 30 minutes. I then moved to a handicapped scooter and the security guard was testy with me until I showed him that the battery was so dead that it would not move. It is awful to only have one check out open on a Frriday afternoon. We do not use self service check outs but they also had very long lines. If we are going to give them our hard earned money they could at least keep enough cashiers to take our money. Awful experience.

If I could give it 0 stars or negative stars I would. Quit going here to shop years ago and now go in once a year to use tag renewal machine. And every year I remember why I quit shopping here. The tag machine line was about 12 people long so I thought I'll grab some groceries and see if the line moves. I picked up a bag of pancake mix and it was covered in syrup that got all over me. So here I am in the Publix parking lot where I should have gone and will renew my car tag online when I get home.

Kroger now has Apple Pay!!! Let's go Kroger! This is actually one of the nicest Krogers I've seen in a long time. I usually do my shopping at the Dekalb farmers market, Whole Foods or Publix. This is because most Krogers have issues with shelf food safety and the quality of their animal protein & produce departments. These guys have it figured out. The store is immaculate every time I come. I believe this is because of the hourly intercom announcement made for the employees to straighten and clean their sections. Wow! The meat and seafood department does not have an odor and the produce is delicious. They also have a really good Starbies inside this location! Staff is always friendly and the pharmacy refills prescriptions quick. Great job Kroger! Love it here!

Had the worst experience with a manager Marcia. Managers should be the epitome of good customer service yet my experience with her was worse than why I asked to speak with a manager in the first place. And she was was not apologetic at all and not concerned that I was going to call the corporate office about my horrible experience. Maybe my )1,000-$1,500 a month does not matter to Marcia.

This pharmacy is ok, however they show no initiative or ability to problem solve or correct errors or take ownership. Specifically pharmacist “Kyley”Mistakes happen, but the lack of ownership and resolution, especially when dealing with peoples medications is 1000% unacceptable.

Always a line of 30 people for self check out. No staff in hand to check out and they really don't care. Better to go to oublic where they are staffed and actually know what service is.

I'm not a paid person writing this review. I do not work there or have family that works there. Not sure where these positive review are coming from. Online Kroger's stuff does not match the store, don't see all those fancy fig sauces. Been shopping there off and on for 8 years. It has went down hill big time. Waiting 30 minutes to an hour in 1 line at check out because they have 1 person at an open register. Also, always having to bag my groceries. Don't see the point paying high prices for this slow and lack of service. Also, see a lot of cashiers walking around. Broken glass doors. Empty shelves every where. Rotten food. Food left in weird spots. Really bad smell from from the freezer area for weeks. People following women around and they don't work there. Had 1 guy following me around, and was so close to me that he was breathing on my husband's neck. Leaving the store had to deal with pan handlers begging.

I thought it was just me until I read the comments. First the curbside pickup up. Child go somewhere else or risk going in the store horrible. Today I went to drop of a prescription drive thru which was surprisingly open. Also great it was open I have neck injuries. Anywho PATRICK almost took off my hand when I placed the prescription in thee drawer and I took my hand back quickly. I said are you okay. This joker didn't even apologize and I had to ask him to let the drawer back out. Freaking crazy. Then I completely forgot I had other prescriptions to pick up since he was so rude. They promised me 2pm it was 4pm before UT was ready. I officially hate this Kroger and must find me another location asap. I just like the option of a drive thru. This entire location customer service sucks. Workers are complaining to customers get out.
