I was visiting my daughter from out of town and took her car here to get it cleaned up. The attendant asked if I wanted to get a membership but I declined and I said I just wanted a basic wash. The attendant was so kind and gave me a complimentary car wash. Absolutely no pressure and so friendly. I will go back whenever I'm in town visiting and encourage my daughter to go here too. 5 star service and the wash was excellent too!

I went to get a car wash from this location maybe a month ago, and I didn’t realize that I was signing up for their monthly subscription until I pulled around for the car wash; once I had noticed, I told the attendant who was working the car wash that I don’t want the membership and just want the wash so she said okay that’s fine, I’ll just cancel it for you so you won’t be charged when it goes to renew. However, my card was still charged for the initial renewal period. I disputed that transaction with my bank; fast forward to today, and my card is again charged the same monthly charge again, so I decided to go to this location to talk to someone. When I arrived, I spoke to this woman with glasses and short hair, who said she would cancel the membership, but she didn’t take down any of my information, and quite frankly, it seemed like she just wanted to dismiss me quickly.

An employee was standing next to the pay kiosk signing people up for the monthly wash program, which she said you could cancel at any time. The up front price was less than what I was about to pay for a single wash, so I agreed to sign up. Less than a month later, I went back and cancelled my subscription. I was charged again next month. Asked for it to be cancelled again, but kept getting charged. I finally had to dispute the charges with my credit card company and call Take 5 corporate to get them to quit charging my credit card. I am a member of several neighborhood groups and this location is frequently a topic of conversation about how they continue charging credit cards even after you ask them to stop. Do not ever give this place your credit card information or you are going to be charged monthly for the rest of your life.
