Upcharged me 60$!! Came in for regular mani and pedi and even picked out regular nail polish. They proceeded to put wax on my hands without asking and do a DIPPED manicure. Charged me 91$ when it should have been around 50$ because I never asked for ANY of that. Manager FORCED me to add a tip even though I did not want to due to the fact I was already being upcharged. On top of that, within 5 days my nail polish on feet and hands are all chipped. Literally the worst!!!! Management will not even contact me.

I’ve gone here for years. Today having made an appt for gel manicure had to wait over 30 minutes for the noxious chemical to break down prior gel to the point my fingers began to burn and the smell was nauseatingly bad. I left because heaven knows how long I would be waiting for someone to attend to my nails - will do it myself as there is no advantage to coming here. They cater to the pedicures and kick those wanting a manicure to the side. Sadly, will not return.

While the employees painted my nails nicely, they’re not always the nicest people. Today, I had an appointment at 1pm for gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The woman who painted my toes was polite, but the one who did my nails (an older woman with glasses and short brown ombre hair) was rude, rushed on the service, rushed me to pick a nail color, and behaved as if she didn’t want to be there, and ended up nicking my finger with one of her tools.
That woman would constantly roll her eyes if my hand wasn’t positioned the way she wanted (even though I didn’t always understand what it was she wanted), she would suck on her teeth if the slightest movement was off, and she behaved like she had somewhere else to be. I felt very uncomfortable with her doing the service and was happy when it was over.

Dangerously dirty and gross! Do not go here. I had a gel manicure on Sunday. I was the first customer in the salon that day. I sat down to a dirty towel with dead skin on it. I was suspicious of the open packet of tools that the technician had. I asked if they had been sanitized. She told me yes. Then I noticed the dead skin on the cuticle nippers. The technician lied to me and this shows that Jasmin Spa has no regard for their customer's health and safety. I made the technician get a new pack of tools and open it in front of me. Reusing cuticle nippers on multiple people is disgusting, gross, and can spread diseases. If Jasmin Spa is this ignorant and careless about reusing tools, it is unlikely that they are even following the proper protocols for sanitizing. The health department needs to get involved. I asked for the owner to call me so I could share my experience, but she didn't, so I am posting here.

THE Employees THERE ARE SUPER PREJUDICE against women of color! I was getting a pedicure and I was waiting on my polish to dry. There were a few available chairs and about 6 other white women doing the same thing or still getting serviced. I was singled out and asked to leave. When I asked why it was said because it would take 1 hour for my polish to dry. This came out the blue. The employees cater to one culture and treat non white women like 2nd class citizens. This is the CULTURE of this PLACE. I feel sorry for them and women that patron this space because it makes them feel superior (so pitiful).

I went in for a pedicure last Friday. The tech started out friendly and talkative up until it came time for the foot/lower leg massage. She just kept looking down the row and at other customers and nail techs who were having conversations. She didn't massage the bottom of my feet or my heels nor the back of my lower leg. She softly rubbed my feet and front of my lower legs. She also spent WAY too much time on the rubbing. I needed to get in an out in a little under and hour and I couldn't get her attention because she wasn't even looking at my feet! I could have dealt with that had she stopped looking to her right and down the row. I've stopped going to nail places over this lack of attention to the task she had at hand and now I'll not go here again. I'm disappointed because it's a two minute walk from my job and easy to go on lunch. My hope is that the owner sees this review and has a meeting about the employees paying better attention to their client and not who else is talking or their coworkers. very disappointing experience. The woman in the chair next to me had the same complaint. (what is so interesting "down the row" in the first place?)

Decided to try out Jazmin Spa because my regular salon is closed on Mondays. The pedicure experience was fine. No issues there. But the lady who did my SNS manicure cut me THREE times because she was so rough with my cuticles when using the dremel. I have a medical implant in one wrist and am very careful about cuts and scrapes because it's extremely dangerous for me to get a blood infection in that area. I am normally a very easy customer to please, but this experience left me nervous, anxious, and on the verge of tears. Worse, the manicurist was answering calls and walking away to help other customers in the middle of our service. I will not be returning.Service: Gel manicures
