I came to this Shop about Two years ago for brakes. I get my oil change and any other Maintenance needed I trust them with my car....and I will keep coming back. Customer service is a Plus.

This place had my car from Friday to Saturday evening for diagnostic test. I was charged $75.00 and still no answer. They told me what it could be and I should get a second opinion. They charged me for a service they could not provide and I would like a refund.

I've been coming here for many years now!You can always count on them. They'll get you in & out.Everyone is kind and very professional.I can't go to any other maintenance shop without being harassed, I really do appreciate these men for being so respectful. Thank you all ❤️

Went to a location off Flakes Mill and was told it would take 45 min to 1 hr to get my tire plugged…. Yeah 45 min! But I found Jack Auto and E helped me get my tires plugged in less than 10 min, thank you E! Great customer service

Have only ever come here to have flat tires fixed. Every time was quick and friendly service. Would absolutely try them out for other repairs if/when needed

Shoutout to this place. Ed got me in and out with a new tire for 64 bucks total on a Sunday. Come here when these atlanta roads take your tires to the shadow realm.

They are trying to get 1 up on you. A used tire is 61 dollars and they don't care about it the tire is for your car. I get the tire and it's smaller than the rest of my other tires. They just trying to get as much money as they can from you. You can't support all black businesses but it's your own people trying to get 1 above you. Never going here again.

Great 1st experience with this facility. They serviced my Honda Pilot with replacing the oil pan. Was guaranteed my car would be finished at the end of the day and it was!! Love the fact that they are open 7 days a week with workable hours.You got a new returning client on your books!?

Got my car serviced for spark plugs (that I had to go out and purchase from a store they recommended because they don’t order parts ) , Literally two weeks later my check engine light came back on. Took it back and got a run around.Friendly staff, however I would not recommend unless you getting a tire serviced. I would not recommend for any major repairs

I brought my car in because it was jerking from left to right when accelerating. I paid to get it diagnosed and it was said to be a tire alignment issue initially. Got the alignment done, however, it was still having the same problem. Took it back to the shop to get it looked at and one of the managers diagnosed it as a tie rod and control arm issue, which could be the case, but they didn't seem sure. I was given 2 different price quotes for the job, and that kinda threw me off.All in all, it seems like a wholesome establishment; they're cool. For me, I'd just probably go to them for surface level issues like tire problems.

Went here with my fiancé to get his tires installed: They quoted us $45 per tire- which is WAY ABOVE THE MARKET RATE! I firmly believe she quoted us this amount because of the car we were driving. $180 to install 4 tires that we already purchased is crazy! Def felt like they were trying to get over on us and pocket the $$… not cool at all

I normally don't do reviews but this is a GREAT establishment great prices for good quality used tires that dnt blow out like other shop i have been to in the past . Even mounted my own 24's for $45.00 with high speed balancing yall ask for E he gone get ya right and I been coming for years.Services: Tires

Absolutely excellent service! I'll be coming back to this place because they got my car right! Needed a new tire because my car was wobbling, and E for me back on the road with a smooth ride. The customer service is just A1! In and out very quickly and still made it to work on time! I'm so happy!!!!
