“I have had my car insurance since 1995 with the Wesley Chapel office in Decatur, GA. This office has always provided excellent customer service and customer satisfaction to me. Yes, there is a ‘live’ person who answers the phone. If I have a question, I am always provided an answer either while on the phone or a reply by the end of the day. State Farm was not offering homeowners insurance in 1993 when I purchased my home; so recently I decided to change my homeowner’s insurance to State Farm. I did not realize that State Farm offered a discount up to 20% for having 2 policies with them. Needless to say, I changed to State Farm and saved myself annually $1,000+ on my homeowners insurance and annually $130+ off my car insurance. I want to share the knowledge and let customers know about great costs and discounts for your home, car or life insurance policies. Wow! I am so happy.”
