By far the worst experience I encountered literally was talking the whole time does not acknowledge his customers I waited 2 hours before I was even being talked to .. after being irritated I pulled off unprofessional as helllllllll seriously don’t go there !!!!

THE WORST I MEAN THE WORST TINT SHOP THAT YOU CAN EVER GO TO. THE SERVICE WAS PURE TRASH, THEY JACKED UP THE ENTIRE TINT SERVICE, DIDNT REPLACE NOR FIX THE ISSUE. ? ? ? ? I WAS WAITING FOR "4" HOURS AND MY CAR WASNT EVEN WORKED ON AFTER BRINING IT BACK TO GET FIXED THE 3RD TIME.

He underpays the people that he work with doesn't have insurance any shop so anything happened to your car it just happens to your car why is it you never had him give a customer appreciation day always take take never give back$50 for a box of tents it's ridiculous

I received tints here I parked my car and drove my other car when I came back to my other car the tints were peeling up I went back not knowing what would happen but he welcomed me with love and repair the tints and they are better than ever if you need tents shop here

I made an appointment for 9:30am and the owner, Mr. Dewayne did not arrive until 10:30am. And when he arrived he had to go back out to get the necessary materials to tint my windows and did not return until 11:30am.When he finally returned he started working on my vehicle, along with another vehicle. He is a very talkative man which concerned me, as I wasn't sure if he was paying attention to what he was doing.He completed my vehicle in roughly 2 hours and was complimenting himself on how good of a job he did. While inside his garage my windows looked ok but when I got in the sunlight I observed spots, bubbles in my tint.I called Mr. Dewayne after sending him photos of the bubbles on my tint and he stated it was from the water and to let it sit in the sun for a couple of days. Well that sounded like a big excuse, but I decided to see if it would be true.Just as I assumed, it wasn't the water it was his poor job. Letting it sit in the sunlight a few more days brought light to his poor job he did on my vehicle. He took no accountability for his mistakes and I feel he just took my money and ran.I chose this man because of his work on other vehicles and his service has fallen off tremendously! I know have to pay more money somewhere else to get my windows stripped and re-tinted.It is a waste of my money and more so my time. You try and support small businesses and this right here is a poor excuse of business and customer service.If I could post this review with negative starts I would.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Appt was at 10:30, around 11a the owner arrived. Before he even greeted his customers (there were others waiting), he argued in the parking lot with another gentleman for at least 5 minutes. I questioned the lateness, and was told to ‘never question a black man with a gray beard’ & the reason he went into business for himself is because he ‘didn’t want to answer to anyone else’. Initially I assumed he was trying to make a bad joke. I was told it would take two hours, they called me around 4 (5 hours later) and I wasn’t pleased with the job. The employee seemed very agreeable and was trying to correct the mistakes. He removed a portion of the tint and tried to remove bubbles. After another hour later, the owner became irate when I told him I was still not pleased. He told me I just needed to be ‘quiet and listen for once’. I informed him that this was not a an acceptable way to speak to a customer. He proceeded to rip the tint off and stated that he didn’t need my business. That’s he’s an ‘alpha male’. Horrible customer service. Will never return nor recommend. Zero stars.Service: Vehicle window tinting
