I needed someone to replace my bumper after a fender bender—Harley Collisions was able to see me last-minute! All of their staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, AND they finished my car two days earlier than they projected! I had no idea that they were going to, but I noticed that it seemed like they did a nice little clean of the floors/carpets of my car as well. They were also flexible with me in coordinating my car's pick-up after hours. Incredible experience and I can't recommend enough!

Took time off of work to come in for an estimate on a Friday, 5 days later and they still couldn’t get back to me. Called up there Monday and was given some lame excuse as to why Joshua couldn’t take a few minutes to put the estimate together. Wouldn’t give them my money if someone paid me to do it. A pathetic level of customer service.

I came for repairs through my insurance. They were very nice. They fixed everything I spotted out to them. Every time. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to serve. They’re great.

Very satisfied with the customer service from start to finish and the quality of the work. David and Stan did an outstanding job. They promised that my Audi would look brand new after they finished with the repairs, and it definitely does. I appreciate the frequent updates and texts about the progress of the repairs. Would definitely return.

A deer ? jumped infront of my car leaving it looking like Batman’s Two-Face andHarley Collision Centers came to the rescue. D@mn. You guys did such great work! Brought her back to life. I took my son to pick up his 2019 Toyota Camry on 3/14/2024 and all I can say is WOW! The car looked Fantastic! Harley Collision did a awesome job, I want to also mention Stanley was the first person we saw and he was very friendly and greeted us with a smile and David was also very friendly and kind, thank you to everyone who worked on my son car he's so happy, I wish I could give 10 star rating because you guys deserve it?

Our 2022 HR-V was struck by a deer on Veterans Highway in Cobb County. Progressive sent us to Harley Collision in Decatur. We promptly received a text confirming when to drop the vehicle off. We did so, and my wife was taken to Enterprise by shuttle, provided by either Harley or Enterprise. We got a rental and waited to get our car back.Harley kept us up to date regarding our vehicle, we were told it may take a month or so, but they did it in 3 weeks. As you can see the car is back to being new. I want to thank everyone at Harley that worked on our vehicle, to David who kept us up to date, we had one month to have a rental at no cost, but after a month it would've been an out of pocket cost. But our vehicle was completed before the month was over. They even washed the car to boot!Harley Collision Centers we thank you for a job done well, on schedule, and I believe about as hassle free as can be, only problem was the poor deer that hit us. Progressive and Enterprise we thank you too.

Took my car in (nearly brand new) to get the hood and windshield replaced after a tree limb fell on it. They had it for two weeks initially, only for me to have bring it back due to it being dirty & having it recalibrated correctly since it wasn’t the first time. Today, after spending over $100 on a rental (which again was not my fault), the pictures attached are the final product of my car being returned to me. This is beyond ridiculous. I called the shop in which the reply was “I’ll make a note that you aren’t happy”If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
