A real confidence deflator! Told so many times how "thin" my hair is, rushed my cut so fast with no time to discuss length, owner just chopped away. Didn't recognize me from trim last December. Had to fight back tears before leaving. Great if your 85 yrs old and need a tight perm. Ruined my Easter weekend.

Took my 94 year old mother there on multiple occasions. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was very pleased with everything.

This place really deserves zero stars. I made an appt on Monday for the following Saturday. I show up 15 mins early and wait. At my appt time I ask how long they think it will be, as I was there to have my hair styled for an event. After I have been sitting there for 30 mins, they tell me that the person I was booked with quit. They have no one to do my hair. Not only did they not call me that morning when this person apparently quit, but then to sit there for 30 mins to be told “sorry”. Livid is an understatement. This is the worst customer service you can receive. I was warned that this place was an old lady shop and to go somewhere else but I wanted to give them a chance. Boy was I wrong. Not only was their customer service in the toilet but the place itself was NASTY. Go to Great Clips, you will get better service.

Royer is such a very kind person. He was the first person who cut both our Grandsons Hair. Both my wife and I go to Royer monthly. Best ever to be taken care of the right wayWe always look forward to our visit.The Owner Operator, Ms Kiki is also a major asset as her business is so above par. Her Shop has been exceptional Covid-19 Responsible from the very beginning.

ROYER is AMAZING!!!!! I have followed him from previous salons. And I would never go anywhere else. Royer is in tune with his customer's needs, and he truly cares about his clients.
