I've never had a problem at this location til today the store manager that was there was very rude and disrespectful telling a customer that had already purchased and began loading his furniture that she wanted to see a receipt but everything was already taken care of before she arrived..when the customer declined to show her she told the employees not to help load the furniture they also told her he had already shown and paid for the items they begin to argue back and forth she even came back outside and started to taunt the customer,she was horrible I've never seen a grown woman behave in such a manner she was absolutely too old to be acting that way

This is the best Goodwill in Atlanta for me. It’s always so clean the clothes smell nice the housewares is always neat and organized and full of hidden treasures and the staff is extremely friendly. There was one young man who assisted me at the register his name was Kody. He was very helpful and courteous, and answered all of my questions with a smile I was more than happy to round up. The management was also extremely nice. I think the guys name was Stephen.

I ask for a price check and almost every employee gave me an excuse why they couldn't help. As long as they took to tell me no they could have had a price already. I don't know the employee name he has red braids and red nails blessing from god because I was about to go off just for help and he came in with no problem and positive attitude thanks for registering 3 employee

This store has a large assortment of items , clothes, shoes, jewelry etc in Good to Excellent Condition. The store is clean and well organized, friendly staff and checkout had several cashiers. Great location.

What a big difference from flat shoals and ellenwood store. Flat shows stores seem to be fully staffed They had three cashiers one greeter couple people on the sales floor and Steve and the manager was out talking to customers and just looked like they were having a good time at work. Loved the customer engagement and great service.
