I WISH I COULD GIVE -10000 this bank is so damn behind everything! GOD forbbid you need to do something on a weekend and need a large sum of YOUR damn money! They have NO ONE you can even speak to via phone! I HATE GUFCU !!!!!!!! so many reasons to list1. They stay being compromised2. Having to come in to do everything3. Unable to transfer funds to another institution4. No phone support5. No Saturday hours since some ppl work M-F 9-5 and only have SaturdayTo name a few!!!!

I had a great experience with opening an account with this branch. The branch manager Andre was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. He answered all of my questions and he was very polite. The funny thing about the whole experience is that I found out that he was the branch manager at the end of our interaction. During our entire process, he was training a teller and she was just as nice. I look forward to working with this location for my future banking needs.

Keangle Harris. If you happen to visit the Panola Industrial Blvd. branch of the Ga. United Credit Union remember this name. Keangle Harris. When I arrived at the Panola Industrial Blvd. branch, Ms. Harris helped me to access my old account and set up a new online account while also providing me with feedback as to why I was not able to access my account on my own (which, I discovered, was through no fault of my own). Ms. Harris also discovered that due to an error in the Ga. United Credit Union database, it was showing my mortgage as ' (two months) delinquent' when it was actually 'current.' A couple of telephone calls later not only was the issue fixed in the database but I am scheduled to receive correspondence in the mail (on Ga. United Credit Union letterhead) that verifies my correct mortgage status. Who knows WHAT could have happened to me (or the mortgage) if Ms. Harris had not discovered this error as a byproduct of assisting me with accessing my online account. The five stars you see above are reserved SPECIFICALLY for Ms. Harris and NOT the Ga. United Credit Union. Ms. Harris's professionalism, knowledge of her position and willingness to correct a potentially life-changing computer error was the difference between embracing optimism and experiencing mind-altering despair. My critique of the Ga. United Credit Union itself would be a visit to the opposite end of the critique spectrum (and to quote a saying from my childhood, "If you can't say something good about someone (or even a something good about a financial institution), don't say ANYTHING AT ALL.". Keangle Harris is an asset to the Ga. United Credit Union and I hope she is soon to receive the accolades that she deserves.

I received excellent service both from the telephone staff, Thomas & and a young lady working with him. I don’t always hear well but her name may have been Kristen. Ms. Miya Lewis worked with me as a walk in with an appointment. My situation was complicated. She worked with me as long as necessary to resolve the issue. You may be proud of your employees as they are well informed and professional.

Zero Stars just Horrible. I’ve never received such horrible customer service with a Georgia United Credit union. When I walked in there was about 6 people in front of me and only 1 teller. Nobody welcomed us, nobody said hey, there’s a certain amount of wait or sign in. Regardless, this is my first time in a branch in a really really long time and I definitely expect at a different experience. I waited in line for about 46 minutes. At that point Ashley the second tell her I just came off her break and when I tell you, the interaction went horribly wrong! Ashley gave me such an UGLY ATTITUDE and was so RUDE , honestly felt like she didn’t even wanna work there, and she was being forced to work there. I asked to speak to a manager. She ignored me and called the next person in line. She then got an attitude with that Person that had waited almost the same amount of time as I did she scooted her over, and again called the next person in line. I did speak to a “manager” by the name of Andrae who came up to me just to tell me that he would have a “conversation” with her. No sense of urgency in trying to help or even help with the transactions me and the other lady in line had. We both spoke up about Ashley’s Ugly attitude and rudeness but seemed to not even care. WONT BE BACK.

I was trying to find a credit union that worked with other credit unions, but this wasn't it. That and the unfriendliness of the security bank makes me glad I have another credit union option.

Horrible place to bank! The manager is very inconsiderate and doesn't care about resolving issues caused by the bank. He does not care about what I have going on or the hell this bank has put me through. Go elsewhere and don't waist you time! I delt with this location on 7 different occasions regarding 2 issues and neither has been resolved. I'm about to move all 6 of my accounts to a different bank.

I came to this location at 8am to use to the ATM but as ALWAYS, it was broken. So I pretty much had to wait until the bank open to withdraw money. This rude security guard (don't know his name) who was bald head driving a black Mercedes coop rudely told me to move my vehicle to the front because the section that I was in was employees only parking. There was no sign stating otherwise. Better customer service is needed.

They did not have deposit/withdrawal slips readily available. First, you had to wait a long time. Then, you had to ask for the slip after waiting. It was sent and you had to wait more. I was first in my line and it took me 25 minutes to make a deposit. The teller was nice though.

They are so SLOW and the customer service is beyond POOR. The ATM is always down which is a major inconvenience. The lines inside move ridiculously slow, it’s like they don’t care that people have things to do. They have NO problem inconveniencing you and won’t even offer a simple I apologize.

SLOW service I waited in the drive through line for over 45 minutes. Countless customers drove off without service due to the insane wait. The wait wasn't due to a long line; the tellers averaged one customer per 10+ minutes. All this to deposit a check because the mobile deposit via the app is broken. I am appalled at the lack of service and wait times.

The VISA cards on their network are NOT WORKING, they have no eta and expect their customers to just wait or figure it out. We have bills to pay right now, emergencies etc. What kind of bank is this that we cant even access our cufk end money?? Omg its terrible Ive never experienced this in all my years. My account is barely a year old. Please use a different credit union if you can, even the more popular banks Ive never had this issue in my life. They cant seem to keep up
