Wow, been coming here a year now and I can honestly say I love this place ! Staffing is always friendly and ready to help. Makes me feel safe coming here knowing the owner knows me by my name. That’s means a lot as a customer. Would definitely and always recommending this place !

Arrived at location at 6:00 attendant says rudely I’m closing at 6:30!The sign AND Google says 7:30 closing! Never will return again! Worst customer service EVER! In the process of me writing this review in the car she literally locked the door at 6:27 with my clothes still in washing machine with 5 minutes left smh ?♂️And then proceeded to yell at me while unlocking the door that I owe her a big tip for holding her up!

My first time using this fluff and fold service. I am beyond well pleased with how quickly the service was completed and items returned. I loved the neat presentation. They're also very reasonably priced! I look forward to using them again and again.

Miss Terri and her staff continue amaze me with their service time after time. What’s not to love? Easy home pickup/drop off scheduling (via text), quick turnaround time and fair prices.

This was a nice place to do laundry til lately. They obviously don't service their washing machines. Like 10 of them are broke and the rest are filled up with clothes that the staff is washing for people via their drop off service. It's literally 9am on a Tuesday and the place isn't crowded, yet we can't find 4 working washing machines to use. This place is good if you don't want to wash your own clothes. ?

Ms. Katie (an employee that works there) was the MOST FRIENDLINESS and KIND person, that I have had the pleasure of meeting!!!The facility was very clean when I arrived and Ms. Katie continued to clean throughout my stay.It had been a long time since, I have been in a Landry Mat. Therefore, I did not know how to operate the machines.Ms.Katie took time to assist me and NEVER was impatient or rude. She was WONDERFUL throughout the WHOLE process!!!Thanks, for having such a GREAT employee!!Give her my THANKS and appreciation for a delightful experience!

Wanted to come back to my original review 6 months later because I can't imagine my life without Fluff N Fold Laundry. Miss Terri and her staff continue amaze me with their service. Here's some examples of what I mean:--Scheduling pickup (via text!) is a breeze even from Rockdale County, where I'm located. --The turnaround time from pickup to drop off has always been within one business day, no matter how large my order is. --I can rest assured that if I write notes for garments that need special handling that they will be read. The service is so convenient and well priced that I felt compelled to write a review so that they can grow their business and I never have to worry about laundry again.

I called and spoke with a representative named Shena and politely introduced myself and asked her did she have time to answer a couple questions and she rudely replied and said no. Then hung up the phone. SMH

Fluff and Fold is amazing! We had a delay on delivery of our washer. We had 3 large loads done for a very good price! All of our items were folded or put on hangers. Very professional results. We may even use this service when we want to lighten our laundry duties. Destiny was a great help from start to finish!
