Kind of pricey but also well curated. These are high quality pieces. I loved finding plus sizes and came away with 2 lovely items.

I love shopping at Finders Keepers! They have such a great selection. It's so hard to shop at the mall after shopping second hand. Half the time it doesn't even feel like secondhand shopping. They have so many items that are new with tags! I got a gorgeous Sea New York dress for under $100 recently. The people who work there are super nice too. I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding and one girl, I don't remember her name. She always has on a cool outfit with fun colors. She went through the racks pulling stuff that she thought might work. I didn't find anything on that day but I really appreciated how enthusiastic she was to help me find what I was looking for. I still got a cute pair of flare jeans. They always have a lot of Anthropologie labels so I go there a lot for those too. This is definitely my favorite clothing store by far.

I have consigned here for 15+ years. I recently went to go pick up a luxury scarf that did not sell. When I picked it up, I noticed a hole in the scarf. When I brought it up, I was told it was damaged when I dropped it off. I did not feel like my conversation at the store was sufficient, so emailed when I got home. I noted that 1) it seemed weird they would accept a damaged luxury item. 2) When I dropped off, I stayed onsite and had a lengthy conversation about authenticating the item and the damage was not mentioned. 3) I was never contacted via phone or email to document the damage. 4) They reached out to "re-up" the scarf and never mentioned the damage. Needless to say, they store never even gave me the courtesy of a response... so I am left with a damaged scarf and massive disappointment in a store I have worked with for a long time. After reading through other reviews on this site now, I realize my experience with customer service is not a one off interaction, but the norm.

If I could not give any stars that would better represent my recent experience at Finders Keepers. First off - let's call it what it is: USED CLOTHES. But for some reason the people who work here think they are better than you. Some self-imagined caste system is going on for sure. So after losing a ton of weight, there were tons of clothes that I had put together to be sold. I had plenty of items still with tags on them because I bought them while I was gaining weight and once I could actually wear them, they were now too big. Sizes ranged between 4 and 18 with the majority in the 12 column. I brought in the limit in a tough reusable bag as they asked online. I made certain to follow directions (again on their website) and nothing on their list (also online) of what's "not accepted" was in the bag. When I dropped the clothes off at the counter, the clerk explained that they have to have at least 5 items to "open an account" for me. I was told it was okay to go grab a cup of coffee or browse around... I chose to check out their merchandise. Now I'm a thrifter through and through and can spot a good deal. But as I was sorting through clothes in the shop, looking at tags it became clear that this place was not about to let you find a deal. Nothing was under $30 - even the super sale rack was disappointing. After a while, my name was called out. And I could hear the disappointment in the woman's voice across the room - I walked over and she heaved my bag onto the counter, "We're not going to be able to take any of these things," she said as she touched the big bag. Then she pushed a pile of three items my way with a piece of paper on top and said, "We might take these if you take them home, wash them and try again." Wait what? Wash them? Most were brand new clothes and I made sure that everything was washed and ready before bringing in, so they were all clean. I picked one out of the pile and said, "Look it still has tags on it! It's never been worn, how can it be dirty?" She stuck by her condescending judgment and said, "Well you can come back and try again." Who the hell is this person to be looking down their nose at me, so snarky and insulting!? Then I opened the big bag on the counter and looked around inside. I pulled out item after item, each was still neatly folded just as I had placed it in the bag before arriving - she never went through the whole bag! I waved a Theory dress at her - again still with price tags of $250+ - her response, "No." I collected the clothing put into the bag and walked out. Never to return again. Absolute waste of my time and energy and it was very upsetting to be treated like I was lowly scum, something on the bottom of her shoe. May I remind her that while she sits on her imagined perch, high above all who enter her used clothing store, at best she only makes $20 an hour. That is your value, Miss Thang, barely $40,000 a year - less taxes that's $34k or $17/hour, and in my opinion, you are overpaid. Avoid this place! It was at one time a great store... but since the change in ownership, it has lost focus. It's not worth the aggravation to your well-being. And the stuff on their racks is absolutely overpriced. I tried on a couple pairs of shoes that at first interested me but on closer inspection they had stains on them. Another, decent priced pair of Coach loafers had the Coach emblem hanging off about to be lost. Junk, really. Worn, overpriced, junk. Lowest priced blouse I found was missing a button, $40. A cool but very worn and pilled sweatshirt, $50. No. No. No. DO NOT GO HERE to BUY OR SELL. Do not PATRON THESE SNOTTY, RUDE PEOPLE. Go to PoshMark, the RealReal, Rent the Runway - even ThredUp and eBay would be far better to deal with than these ghouls. 1 star - only because I had to give one in order to write a review - READ it as ZERO stars.

As a consignment junkie/ connoisseur, I think the selection and prices are so appealing and fun. The staff is also very welcoming. I stop here whenever I am in town nearby, since I live in a far away suburb.

Stopped in after work and left with some stylish additions to my wardrobe. Location and Parking Located in Decatur in a shopping center, parking is plentiful and free. Venue and Atmosphere The store is bright, with a well-curated selection of clothing on the mannequins. Clothing is organized by size, and sale racks are clearly marked. Designer merchandise is behind the counter near the shoes. Also, their dressing rooms are spacious and well lit. I purchased a brand new winter cat, brand new statement blouse, and athlete leggings for under $150. Great deal! Service The workers were polite and helpful. Verdict This might be my new after work spot, consignment happy hour is always a good thing.

Now, I've found some great things here. But this post is a beware about their luxury items. If you shop here, you know the regular items go down each month in price by 25%. But their luxury items DO NOT! Rightfully so you think right? Sure but not when the same item goes on sale at other stores. A pair of ASH boots, retail about $350, I found in Finders Keepers for $187. I came around the end of Oct. and the boots were there since August, so I thought okay about $90 bucks. It was not until I got to the register that I found out these were considered luxury. Luckily I held off bc if I bought, I would have been able to return for only the next 24 hours. I ended up finding the boots on the brand site for sale at $200 and on sale at Saks off Fifth for $90! While FK may not recheck the price, I think they should start doing so for luxury items considering their policy to never change the price. Otherwise it's not really an attractive offer when I can buy an item new for much cheaper. I tried to explain this to them and kinda dismissed my feedback.

I’ve both consigned and shopped here on and off for many years. Most recently, I purchased a pair of Prada shoes from them. After three wears (all brief), one of the shoes completely separated from the sole and the fabric that covers the entire shoe came off. I called the store the next day and was asked to call back the following day to speak with a manager. Upon speaking with one of the managers, she was very friendly and offered for me to email pictures and they’d review it for a refund. The following day I was told they can’t refund, can’t help with repair, or offer any other concessions. If this was a small purchase I’d perhaps understand but it was a luxury purchase. Their rationale was that my purchase was 6 weeks prior to my call in about the damage. I explained that that was because of travel and that either way, the shoes were only worn three times. They continued to deny any offer of support, consideration, or kindness. Yes- this is a second-hand store. Yet- the items are supposed to be taken through a selection process for quality and in the case of brands, authenticity. I’m disappointed in how this was handled and would be considerate about what you purchase there.
