Horrible service from the 1-800 line and the old lady at the front. she very unhelpful and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence because she was to busy hearing her self speak. Horrible communication from hotline and no assistance with trying to ship a perfume bottle and getting information how to package it properly. Do better fed ex seriously. Especially people who can do their job and not have people running to 3 different location saying they can ship it without proper information.

Make sure you walk on eggshells when you enter the store because the employees do not want to be there and they don’t want you there either .

Quick service, no problems. Although the storefront looks like an industrial warehouse when you're driving up, it is open for customers to come inside and ship.

Always a good spot to get things shipped and self service copies. The employees are always helpful abd help us who may be a bit technologically challenged sometimes.

The lady with the braces was rude and didn't want to give me the rate that I was asking for, I was about to send a laptop but when I was asking for a 23x17x12 box, she said that she has to measure it first because she has to be sure and then she dropped the laptop. And I didn't even got the rate so... First and last time going to that FedEx. ????
